Unique private place at the foot of the mountains

The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was simple. Great location with a small hiking trail reachable from the house. The house is a newly renovated older building with some quirks, but very well done. A store and some small restaurants are easily reachable on foot.

Booking multiple apartments as a big group is not a great solution, because you have to go outside to visit other apartments. This might be a positive, if you only book one.

- very friendly host, lot of hints were given (what to see, restaurants, what to do by bad wheather conditions, ...) - everything is available in this village (supermarket, bars, bakery, ...) - Loretta, our host, decided to change our booked appartment when she was informed that our friends will visit and spend few days with us (minimal acceptable extra costs for these days) - nice wellness area (unfortunately we couldn't really use due to wheater conditions during our stay) - lockable room for our bicycles

The bedroom window opened onto the staircase. The entrance to the apartment opens directly onto the road, which was busy during the day, but it was not disturbing at night.

Exceptional

After staying in picturesque Tuscany , we came to picturesque Faedis. Peace from the surroundning hills and the desired cooling /we had a great 29 degrees / , beautiful accommondation, clean and cozy down to the details , all of this together had an effect on our 5 days at Casa Vacanza Borc dai Cucs...Well, 5 days is not enough , you need at least 10 days in order to have time to visit great restaurants , admire Trieste and Miramare, the surroundig nature...Thank you Lorette , we had fantastic time.

Exceptional

We loved the apartment, it was very spacious, cosy and well equipped. There were many nice little decorative details and there were many things prepared for us (like tea, jam, info material etc.). The owner was great, always available and helpful with tipps and particularly supportive when we needed medical help.

Fancy place with warm welcome

Warm Welcome by Loretta. Very fancy, well designed apartment, many features as sweets, drinks and full furnished kitchen. All furniture in cleanest and new condition. We’ll come back to the have a relaxing stay! Thanks Loretta! And also for the delicious Pizza!!!

Exceptional

The house is very beautiful - the rooms are spacious and wonderfully furnished and decorated. There is a little kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable bathroom. Faedis is a nice little, typical Italian village, with possibilities for hiking. You find good Italian restaurants nearby. It is not a tourist hot-spot.

Our apartment was right next to the village road - you need to take care with little children. But there are apartments on the first floor, which are equally beautiful.

Accoglienza calorosa, padroni di casa sempre gentilissimi, disponibili, simpatici e scherzosi. L'alloggio moderno, bello, confortevole e con le casse integrate in bagno (wow). Il paesino abbastanza piccolo e tranquillo, perfetto per il relax. C'è anche una bellissima spa con sauna, piscina, idromassaggio ed altri servizi, che per disorganizzazione nostra, non siamo riusciti a sfruttare

Prima Basis zur Erkundung von Friaul-Julisch Venetien

Schöne Einrichtung, komplette Ausstattung, bequemes Bett, sehr schönes Bad! Dazu eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps versorgt hat. Auch der kleine Pool und der Garten waren top gepflegt.

Schade ist, dass man direkt an der Wohnung keinen Außenbereich hat, sondern zum Pool etc. über die Straße muss.

Perfekt!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung im Juli und August besucht (zwei Erwachsene, zwei jugendliche Kinder) und sind begeistert. Der Ort ist ruhig und charmant, mit Supermarkt, mehreren Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Pizzeria zum Mitnehmen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Berge, schöne umliegende Orte, ans Meer, nach Venedig oder einfach zum Baden in nahegelegenen Flüssen. Auch Slowenien mit seinen beeindruckenden Landschaften ist schnell erreichbar (wir können Rafting sehr empfehlen!). Die Wohnung ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Garten mit Pool (und Sauna) ist toll und wurde sowohl zum Schwimmen als auch zum Entspannen in den zahlreichen Liegen quasi täglich genutzt. Die Vermieterin Loretta ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar (persönlich oder per WhatsApp) – absolut perfekt!!! Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Loretta!

Confort et charme

L'appartement est magnifique, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont confortables. L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible si besoin.

Le fait que l'appartement soit à rue n'est pas un problème en soi, mais il y a du passage de voiture dès le matin et cela fait pas mal de bruit, nous étions réveillé très tôt.

Dobře vybavený a čistý apartmán s možností relaxace na zahradě, kde je bazén a wellness (za poplatek, nevyužili jsme - horko bylo samo o sobě, nebylo třeba chodit do sauny). A well‑equipped and clean apartment with a garden for relaxing, featuring a pool and wellness facilities (for an extra fee; we didn’t use them – the heat alone was enough, so there was no need to go to the sauna).

Uvítal bych více úložných prostor a pohodlnější gauč na spaní. Pokud ale člověk cestuje ve dvou, tento problém mizí. My cestovali s rodinou (a byli jsme tak čtyři) a už to bylo na úkor pohodlí. I would have appreciated more storage space and a more comfortable sofa bed for sleeping. However, when traveling as a couple, this issue disappears. We traveled with our family (there were four of us), and it did come at the expense of comfort.

Un apartamento con un jardín increíble

El sitio es muy agradable a pesar de estar a pie de carretera. El jardín enfrente con todos los servicios, piscina, sauna, spa, sillas y tumbonas, es perfecto. La anfitriona Loretta estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros para cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Muy amable y simpática. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más días.

L'appartamento è perfettamente pulito,arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare in tranquillità. Il nostro gruppo di 6 persone ha particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di due bagni con doccia e di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Wundervolle Unterkunft mit top Gastgeberin

Super schön und detailreich eingerichtet. Loretta ist eine top Gastgeberin. Auch der Garten mit Pool etc. ist Klasse! Von der Unterkunft sind zahlreiche Touristenspots gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Auto selbst kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem Privatparkplatz abstellen. In der Gegend gibt es auch viele Weingüter, sogar fußläufig entfernt!
