Wonderful peaceful apartment

Our second stay here. Location is excellent. Good tasteful design. Very well equipped. Host extremely nice. Very quiet place but in the centre of the beautiful town Udine. We will come back. Thank you so much.

Some improvement of the sink in the shower is necessary. But this is a little thing and I’m sure next time it’s done.

Excellent place to stay near the center of Udine - for visitors with a car as well.

I liked the personal instructions about the entering the apartment, its position close to the center, yet in a quiet location and in interesting old building. It is not yet another characterless building and flat, but an interesting place to experience. The owner was very helpful and gave us all information that we asked for, about the flat, its surroundings, parking possibilities, Udine itself. I also liked very much that we could reach any place in the center of the city on foot yet the parking of our car was not a problem because of the very close and cheap public parking lot. My wife and me liked very much the complete experience of this weekend trip.

Gorgeous design apartment in Udine!

The apartment was much bigger than I expected with lots of open space. The kitchen looked brand new and was fully equipped which was great especially because we were cooking for the little ones. Bathroom was a little small but the space was organized beautifully and didn't feel cramped at all. Bedroom and living room were spotless and comfortable. The apartment is decorated with a great eye for detail and design, even though the building itself is quite old. Annamaria was super helpful and always responsive, all her instructions were clear and easy to follow so check in and check out was smooth. A supermarket is close by about 150 meters away and the city center is about 12/15 mins walk from the apartment. Thank you for hosting us!

Tolles Design, ausgefallen und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume, jeder Raum hatte einen besonderen Stil; genug Platz für 4 Personen, schöner, umlaufender Balkon

Einziges „kleines“ Problem war, dass der Türgriff der Badezimmertüre lose war und man ihn dann beim Schließen der Türe in der Hand hielt.

Bellissimo appartamento in zona centrale e servitissima. Vicino alla pista ciclabile

La posizione è fantastica. Pulizia eccellente. La padrona di casa ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste; è stata a dir poco deliziosa. All'interno dell'appartamento si trovano tutte le informazioni utili per WI Fi e altre indicazioni. Si accede facilmente con codice, molto facile! L'appartamento è bellissimo. Arredato con un molto; da tempo non vedevamo un appartamento così! Annamaria ci ha raccontato la meravigliosa storia della scelta del nome "Zelda". Molto affascinante!! In casa c'è tutto quello che può servire: anche una macchina del caffe, capsule per il caffe, bollitore, the e zucchero. E anche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Tutto perfetto! Noi torneremo sicuramente quest'estate, perchè l'appartamento è proprio vicino alla pista ciclabile. Abbiamo visto che c'è una ciclovia Alpeadria, molto bella che parte da Salisburgo e arriva a Grado.
