Good apartment in Udine

Nice and comfortable apartment in Udine. A few minutes form main squares and attractions, restaurants and shops. It can easily accommodate 2 couples since there are 2 separate sleeping blocks with bathrooms each.

Proximity to the Piazza's was about a 3-5 minute walk. 10-15 minutes from the train. Great communication. Everything was clean. Washer. 2 Bathrooms. Close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Something small but if you are a light sleeper the back bed squeaks. Please don't let that stop you from staying because everything else is wonderful!

Comfortable beds; quiet neighborhood, very close to the center and to the train and bus stations.

Parking was a bit hard with a bigger car (but manageable). Stairway to the second floor also manageable for us, but not ideal for everyone (e.g. impossible for someone on a wheelchair). Some issue with the heating (but promptly managed by the host). Sofa bed not really comfortable as a bed.

The apartment is beautiful, and looks just like in the pictures. The city centre is very close. Natan was also extremly supportive and answered every one of our questions.

The parking area a bit tricky, but it can be managed with a normal size car (we had a quite big one)

Našeho ubytování naprosto splnilo svůj účel pro naši cestu. Bydleli jsme v centru a vše důležité bylo blízko. Byt byl moc hezký, plusem jsou 2 koupelny. Ale nejvíce oceňuji komunikaci hostitele, byl vstřícný a hodně nám s radami a jídle a místech, co navštívit. Děkujeme.

Il nostro soggiorno a Udine è stato reso davvero speciale grazie a questo appartamento che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. Moderno, pulito e confortevole, ci ha regalato la sensazione di essere in un ambiente familiare. Spazioso e ben arredato, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari per garantire una permanenza comoda. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stato il posto auto, un vero vantaggio. Inoltre, la posizione è davvero strategica: con una breve passeggiata si arriva facilmente in centro, permettendo di godere appieno della città senza dover fare grandi spostamenti. In definitiva, un luogo perfetto che consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Udine con il massimo del comfort e della praticità.

Supernetter Gastgeber, tolle Restaurant Empfehlung und eine richtig schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Gut auch für einen Stop auf dem Radweg da die Parkplätze im Innenhof liegen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet für 4 Personen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt dort!

Perfect appartement voor een vakantie in Friuli

Het appartement is perfect als uitvalbasis voor allerlei uitstapjes. We zijn o.a. naar Venetië, Triëste, Ljubljana en Cividale del Friuli geweest. Udine zelf is ook een hele leuke stad met veel leuke terrasjes, winkels en restaurants. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is erg leuk ingericht, schoon, en aan beide zijdes van de woonkamer is een slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Perfect voor ons op reis met onze zoon. De bedden liggen goed en er is een wasmachine, afwasmachine, 2 koffiezetapparaten, waterkoker, en magnetron. De eigen parkeerplaats op de binnenplaats is helemaal perfect. Wat een luxe. Het appartement ligt op een perfecte locatie. Dichtbij is een bakker en supermarkt en je loopt zo het centrum in. De verhuurder reageert heel snel en heeft ons allerlei goede adviezen gegeven over restaurants. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan! Perfect voor een vakantie in Friuli!

Die Wohnung war fast perfekt. Hübsch, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet mit zwei Bädern. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Udine zu besichtigen.

Achtung mit großen Autos. der Parkplatz ist herausfordernd.

CASA CONFORTEVOLE ma maggiore attenzione alla PULIZIA

Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare Udine; parcheggio interno (anche se occorre fare qualche manovra con auto grande - SUV o SW); letti comodi e 2 bagni (1 per camera) che facilitano in 4 persone; cucina ben attrezzata e soggiorno con TV in caso si voglia rimanere in casa.

Pulizia da migliorare: abbondante polvere sotto i letti (rilevata all'arrivo) e sul tappeto in soggiorno che infastidisce se una persona è allergica; ritrovati 2 calzini sporchi (precedente cliente?!) dietro al testiera del letto (è poco dire che il ritrovamento è sgradevole!!). In uno dei 2 bagni il lavandino è un po' piccolo e bisogna stare attenti a non far uscire l'acqua di fuori.

Top Lage - zu Fuß 10 Minuten mitten ins alte Zentrum; zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer; abgesperrter Parkplatz im Innenhof; die ganze Wohnung ist supersauber und modern eingerichtet. Natan und seine Mutter reagieren schnell auf Anfragen und sind sehr zuvorkommend.
