Great place to spend the night!!

Beautiful room, fantastic breakfast, great beer, very friendly host.

The A/C didn’t really work to cool the room off overnight and the trains made it unpleasant to leave the windows open, so it was a bit stuffy for sleeping. Apparently most people find it cool in the rooms, though, so maybe we just like it cooler than most because we come from Canada! ;)

Comfortable and modern room, great hospitality and a bar onsite. Good restaurant across the road. And a welcome swim after a hot day’s travel.

Everything was great! Rooms was very clean and with a lot of space ,air condition worked well. What can I say? Was perfect. We found this place by booking site and we read a lot of good opinion .Now I can confirm that is True. And remember book breakfast because it's worth to do it. Is excellent italian cakes and Coffee. Very cozy and pleasant stay. It's just an hour drive from Venice which makes it a great location for travelers through Italy. I have to give a separate highlight to the bathroom facilities, especially the shower gel & shampoo, I wish they were selling it to buy some for home. If you need a late check-in or anything else, just get in touch with the hotel, they are very responsive.

I would say pillows could be improved to a slightly softer ones.

The host- Flavia, was so lovely and helpful! The breakfast is delicious, full of local products. Pool area is fun and ideal for kids 4+ years old. They also have their beer, I had an APA Citra, which was amazing and ideal for a hot afternoon. P.S. during breakfast, you need to try Flavia's espresso! Thank you Flavia for being such a great host!

Really nice location, and you can find some very good restaurants nearby. Great and cosy room, perfectly clean. Garden is peaceful and beautiful. They had some craft beers, and I tried all of them. Each one is fantastic. But most of all, EVERYONE is so nice and friendly. We will definitely return another time. Thank you for everything!

Fabulous time !

Such a beautiful setting among the olive groves.. Was so lovely to have the pool which we used every day of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable the breakfast wonderful. Flavia was wonderful host very kind.

The perfect place for a break in the journey as well as for a few days stay in the area, everything is close and at the same time it is quiet - not like in towns full of tourists. Large rooms with excellent standard, air conditioning without any complaints. Very nice and helpful owners. Great breakfasts. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located among green olive trees, friendly to people and animals. Large private parking. The whole facility is of course non-smoking and very good, I would extend this also to the pool area, really ashtrays could disappear from there, our children run away at the sight of smokers by the pool.

Perfect stopover

Super friendly staff with Daniela and her daughter, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with delicious home made salami and - best of all - a pretty big pool in the garden we didn't expect. Also close to nice places to have dinner at. They also produce their own beer, we tried the APA.

Als Familien waren wir auf der Durchreise und haben hier eine erholsame Nacht genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und empfangen und das Appartement hat uns sehr gefallen. Jeder Zeit würde ich wieder hier mit meiner Familie übernachten. Der Strand ist nur ca. 30 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt und lädt zu Tagesausflügen ein. Das Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist definitiv die freundliche und familiäre Bewirtschaftung und das herausragende, vielfältige Frühstück.

Igazi olasz vendéglátás!

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, nagyon kényelmes, kedvesek a vendéglátók. A reggeli nagyon finom. A büfében esténként ízletes söröket szolgálnak fel, amiket helyben készítenek. Már többször voltunk itt és biztos, hogy jövőre is visszatérünk!

Nagyon jó ár-érték arányú szállás! Flavia nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Remek házi sör van kínálatban. Nagy ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre.

Egyedül a vasút közelsége zavaró egy kicsit, nagyon odahallatszik a vonat zaja. Csukott erkélyajtónál viszont már nem hallani.
