Very pleasant

The hotel is really cosy and sweet. Its garden is beyond beautiful and very calm. The staff is really beyond helpful.

The only problem is the transportation: you should plan your trip ahead since there is no taxi in Codroipo.

A truly wonderful and peaceful place — I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Thank you to the owner for personally meeting us and showing us the apartments. He was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect: calm and surrounded by fresh air and greenery — an ideal spot to relax after the busy pace of cities like Venice and Trieste. The house itself is amazing, built with beautiful brick and wood, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were full of their own character, and the kitchen was absolutely one-of-a-kind. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was prepared with care. I truly enjoyed the experience 100% and would love to return again.

The host was very kind! The place was very clean and everything (inside and outside) was so pretty! Also parking was good and secure.

we liked the garden, outdoor area, bathroom, mosquito net on the windows

WIFI did not work at night, but a restart of the router solved it in the morning. The single bed's mattress was wobbly, was afraid of falling of. Other guest's children were marching up and down on the stairs shouting in the late evening and the morning.

Lovely courty side stay with cute casual restaurant closeby.

The people are very nice and allowed us to stay in the garden and the breakfast area for a long time after check-out. The estate is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant just a few min walking from here at a gorgeous river with lots of fish right there. The food is cheap and tasty. Everything is very clean and the water from the spring is free and tasty.

disappointing..

location was good

sold as a superior room, was more like a basic one. not even a bin in the room. common bathroom, onky 2 sets of showder gel. close to zero soundproof, so every word on the corridor, every step in the room above could be heard!! quite hard to sleep or relax… the owner lady speaks no english.. hard to explain, or deal with any problems like that. probably the accomodation with the most issues we have ever stayed in Italy. We will never pick this one again

Stop over on the way for family holidays

The location of the property at the river is great. We stayed there for a second time and I would wish to stay longer than just 1 night. Breakfast was very nice with local products and possibility to have it in the garden. Despite late arrival we had no problem to access the property. Instructions were clear.

Shower drain was stuck but sorted out the problem on my own

Impressive garden, kitchen is shared but big and nice. Massimo, the owner, was really helpful, he even borrowed us 2 bikes. There are very nice cycle path around the area and a nice bier garden just around the corner.

Amazing place to stay to enjoy tranquillity

Da Gastone is absolutely fantastic ! This renovated farm is magnificent and the family room in the attic is beautiful and it feels so good to be there. Massimo’s family is very nice and helpful. The breakfast at 6e per person is very nice with homemade cookies and fresh fruits. 5mn away by foot there is a good restaurant at very affordable price that closes at midnight. Da Gastone is about 45mn away for Bibione, a very nice beach, and about 1h far from the magnificent City of Aquileia.

Maybe have an easy and simple access to the washing machine would be nice (6e to use it).
