About this house rental
The location is perfect for those who want to experience the authentic village: everything is within walking distance—restaurants, bars, shops, and walks along the canal.
It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the Friulian lagoon, taking boat trips, going on bike rides, sampling the local cuisine, or simply relaxing in a unique and peaceful setting.
Upon arrival at Cà del Porto, you’ll find free parking and the main entrance to the house, which leads directly to the dining room: a cozy yet tastefully decorated space, the warm heart of the house, featuring wooden beams, exposed stone walls, a round table, a sofa, and a sideboard, all creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped: sink, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, dishes, plates, glasses, knives, pots, and pans—everything you need to prepare simple meals. Glasses, cutlery, children’s plates, a high chair, and a crib.
The house features a small private outdoor courtyard, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner al fresco, where there is also a second independent entrance to the house.
Although the house is small and spread over two floors, it has two bathrooms—one of which is small—both equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, ensuring greater convenience during your stay.
Upstairs is a bright, attic-style double bedroom with a wooden ceiling, white walls accented with stone inlays, and an elegant wrought-iron bed. The period furnishings and rustic details create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The room opens onto a private terrace, ideal for enjoying stunning sunsets and aperitifs.
