Pleasant stay in Udine

Excellent location. Five minutes walk to the historic center of the city, on the corner of the same street there is an excellent cafe "Pasticceria Galimberti di Fausto di Salvo", where you can buy fantastic croissants. At the other end of the street there is a delicatessen "Gastronomia Da Luciano Udine" with friendly service and a wide range of cold cuts, cheeses and other typically Italian products. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows face both the peaceful and quiet courtyard (a small balcony is available) and the street. The apartment has obviously undergone a complete renovation, everything looks new and cozy. The second bedroom looks like a children's room, contains a single bed, wardrobe and desk - it was ideal for our eight-year-old daughter. The beds are very comfortable and cozy thanks to the new high mattresses. We did not actually use the new kitchen, so we cannot rate it. The shower and toilet are new and functional. Air conditioning available, internet access via wi-fi. We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. A perfect choice for a (married) couple with one child. Highly recommended!

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung am Rand der Altstadt. Alles ist neu, hell und sauber. Der Service ist gut, als die Heizung nicht korrekt funktionierte, ist gleich jemand gekommen. Weil Weihnachten war, bekamen wir sogar Süßigkeiten geschenkt. WiFi ist auch sehr gut.

Die Küche könnte etwas vollständiger ausgestattet sein, mehr Gläser und Besteck wäre gut.

Bel appartement à 15minutes à pieds du centre historique. Tout est entièrement rénové, fonctionnel et confortable. Les infos pour le self check-in étaient très clair et le staff est sympa. disponible et très réactif en cas de problème.

Seul un petit souci de chauffage à régler mais des air conditionnés sont également installés et font de l’air chaud.

Bello ed accogliente

Bilocale recentemente ristrutturato in stile moderno ed elegante, tutto l'arredamento è nuovo così come le forniture della cucina e del bagno. Le foto sono reali. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben organizzati. E' abbastanza facile trovare parcheggio in prossimità dell'appartamento, anche non a pagamento. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Facile e immediato ottenere supporto dall'host.

Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra, avremmo preferito saperlo prima. Non c'era, quindi, affaccio esterno. La struttura affaccia su una strada dove ha sede una scuola, risulta quindi un po' rumorosa al mattino. Niente di grave ma meglio saperlo.

A parte questi inconvenienti non da poco il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole

l'appartamento è nuovo gli spazi comodi e la posizione ottima vicina al centro parcheggi comodi ed economici

l'organizzazione purtroppo molto carente. Siamo arrivati e le istruzioni per aprire la porta non erano corrette in quanto non ci era stato detto che la serratura interna era rotta. Temperatura in casa 14.4° con acqua fredda senza istruzioni per accendere la caldaia. Casa modernissima con fornello a induzione, forno a micronde, aria condionata, peccato che saltava in continuazione la corrente, senza avere nessuna indicazione di dove fossero i contatori. Una bella caccia al tesoro poco piacevole. Quando ho prenotato non ho letto che dovevo sapere accendere una caldaia o programmare un termostato ambiente. La cosa spiacevole è che per ogni cosa dimenticata, chiavi, luci accese, split accesi era indicata una penale, lo stesso non al contrario, i nostri disagi erano compresi

Ottimo appartamento, di fresca ristrutturazione e con molti comfort

Luogo, tranquillità, pulizia, cucina tutto ottimo. I parcheggi intorno sono sempre disponibvili, anche se a pagamento, si va a iedi in centro in pochi minuti,.

Le porte hanno qualche piccolo problema, nulla di insormontabile ma possono essere migliorate
