Lovely, friendly host and fantastic view on the doorstep of the castello and Piazza S. Giacom.

Very grateful to have had use of the storage room for a few hours after check out. Made all the difference for us to be able to grab breakfast and explore the nearby castello. The view is breathtaking and lovely finishing touches. Might want to bring some milk along if you like it in your coffee or tea (as well as some wine to enjoy that view!) We also enjoyed the breakfast recommendation from Barbara of Mezza Libbra in nearby Piazza S. Giacomo - great for breakfast, eggs, toast, smoothies!

Loved everything. Be mindful that its a narrow staircase that winds 4 floors up and heavy suitcases will be a challenge for anyone with accessibility needs so you'll need a bit of muscle and grit. Router is kept in one of the rooms to anyone who is sensitive. Byo milk for coffee. Parking is approx 9 mins walk away.

Una location magica nel cuore di Udine

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per celebrare un’occasione speciale e posso dire che le aspettative sono state pienamente rispettate. Non si tratta di un semplice alloggio in centro, ma di una struttura con una personalità unica, situata proprio nel cuore di Piazza San Giacomo. L’appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli e offre una divisione degli spazi intelligente e funzionale: al piano inferiore si trovano due camere matrimoniali e il bagno, mentre il vero "pezzo forte" si scopre salendo al secondo piano. Qui si apre un attico con cucina, soggiorno e delle ampie vetrate che offrono una magnifica vista direttamente sulla piazza. Durante il periodo natalizio l'atmosfera è a dir poco magica: da lassù, comodamente seduti sul divano, si può godere di un punto di osservazione privilegiato, probabilmente uno dei migliori di tutta Udine, ammirando le proiezioni di luci sulle facciate degli edifici storici. A questo si è aggiunta la cura nei dettagli degli interni: arredi moderni, funzionali e decorazioni a tema natalizio che hanno reso l'ambiente ancora più caldo e accogliente. Un ringraziamento doveroso va alla proprietaria, Barbara, e a suo figlio. Sono persone speciali, che interpretano l'ospitalità nel modo migliore: accoglienti, estremamente disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La loro gentilezza ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca una location unica nel centro di Udine, con un tocco di magia. È un'esperienza che spero vivamente di poter ripetere in futuro.

Spero che in futuro l’ascensore possa essere presto ripristinato per facilitare l’accesso all’appartamento.

Perfekt für ein Wochenende…

Die Unterkunft ist auf 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt - die Unterkunft punktet vor allem mit der oberen Ebene mit der tollen Aussicht auf die Piazza. Der Empfang vom Sohn der Vermieterin war auch sehr nett - er war sehr bemüht uns alles zu erklären, und hätte sogar unser Gepäck, wenn wir mehr gehabt hätten raufgetragen.

Ist jetzt keine Kritik - eher ein Hinweis: da der Zugang zum Appartment eher verwinkelt, im 4. Stock und ohne Lift ist, sollte man schon gut zu Fuß sein.

Nagyon szép helyen lévő szuper kis lakás mindennel felszerelve. Csodás kilátás körbe, és a forgalmas gyönyörű térre. A szállásadó maximálisan segítségünkre volt mindenben. Amit ezúton is köszönünk!

Wunderbare Aussicht, nette Wohnung, aber nicht das Richtige für uns

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst positiv, Barbara war sehr zuvorkommend bei ihren Nachrichten. Die Aussicht auf den Stadtplatz ist wirklich schön und eigentlich der Grund für unsere Buchung, die Küche ist sehr hübsch hergerichtet und die Betten sind wirklich bequem.

Das Bad war leider unzufriedenstellend. Der Wasserdruck war sehr schlecht, der Spiegel leider nicht sauber und auch ein paar Merkmale im Bad müssten meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden ( ein Handtuchhalter am Boden statt an der Wand… ). Das lose Verlängerungskabel, das an die Wand geklebt wurde, kommt einem halb entgegen und sieht sehr unschön aus. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was unsere Reise mit kleinem Kind nicht erleichtert hat. Da wir das Wochenende über hier waren, ist es natürlich geräuschintensiver (es war auch eine Veranstaltung in der Umgebung). Wenn aber das Musikprogramm Shazam ohne ein öffnen der Fenster und im Bett liegend funktioniert, ist es nicht mehr lustig. Der vierte Stock ist über eine schmale Wendeltreppe im Haus erreichbar, was mit dem Gepäck auch eine kleine Herausforderung ist.

Sehr herzliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. die Lage mitten im Herzen von Udine ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Aufzuwachen wenn die Stadt noch schläft. Einfach herrlich . Tolle Aufteilung vom Apartment und sehr sehr sauber. es ist alles da was man benötigt.

Das Apartment hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Piazza San Giacomo, das „Wohnzimmer“ von Udine. Wir haben bewusst eine Unterkunft mitten im Stadtleben gesucht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da es unter dem Dach liegt, wird es im Sommer warm- es sind jedoch zwei mobile Klimageräte vorhanden. Barbara ist eine tolle, sehr engagierte Gastgeberin, die uns mit Restauranttipps inkl. einer Reservierung unterstützt hat. Ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN wurde sofort behoben.
