Piazza San Giacomo - Attico su due livelli

Eigentlich alles! Das Apartment war ein Traum. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Man hatte einen Ausblick auf den gesamten Hauptplatz und auf der anderen Seite sah man das Castello von Udine. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es lagen 4 Wasserflaschen für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Barbara war äußerst nett und sehr hilfreich. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt und wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Das Apartment befand sich im letzten 4. Stockwerk und der Lift funktionierte leider nicht. Das war leider nicht so angenehm, da wir unsere Radtaschen die ganzen Stockwerke hinauftragen mussten.

Die Lage ist fantastisch 🤩

Piękne mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Z okien rozpościera się wspaniały widok na plac San Giacomo. Mieszkanie urządzone gustownie i komfortowo, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. Zdecydowanie polecam:-)

The apartment consists of two levels: while the lower level (two small bed rooms, one tiny bathroom) is rather dark and crammed the upper level (kitchen + living room) offers much space and an exceptional view. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and an induction hob but there is no dish washer. There is enough cookware, dishes and even salt and oil are provided (the same is true for towels).

- we had no warm water at all - the spiral staircase in the house (the lower level is on the 4th floor) is very narrow and steep so it's almost impossible to carry luggage to the apartment. In former times it seems that there was a small elevator but it doesn't work any more. - the induction hob is connected with 220 V instead of 380 V which makes cooking tricky: when you turn on a second or even a third hob the others are automatically turned down or even turned off because there is not enough electricity.
