La struttura nel complesso è gradevole, il luogo era silenzioso o comunque nella norma, parcheggio sempre disponibile, elettrodomestici funzionali, I servizi utilizzando la macchina sono comunque vicini.
L'appartamento sembra non manutenzionato, il pavimento, le prese, gli scarichi e la tinta andrebbe rivista, il letto ha diverse doghe rotte.

Mieszkanie jest przestarzałe. Podłoga jest zniszczona, mała łazienka, brodzik prysznicowy z pleśnią, materace do spania niewygodne, bardzo miękkie. Ściany wymagają odnowienia. Łóżko w salonie (rozkładana kanapa) posiadało na brzegu ostre trytytki, o które syn skaleczył sobie nogę. Pościel bardzo nieestetyczna, sprawiała wrażenie nieświeżej. Niekomfortowo się pod nią spało. W kuchni jest mało miejsca do przygotowania posiłków. Na balkonie na suszarce było pozostawione pranie. Nigdy nie zdażyło nam się mieszkać w tak okropnym mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie w calości wymaga remontu. Jest duże, ale w bardzo złym stanie. Nie myślałam, że w ogóle można takie mieszkanie oferować do wynajmu. Zdjęcia umieszczone na Booking nie oddają faktycznego stanu mieszkania. Właścicielki pobierają depozyt na ewentualne zniszczenia, ale nie wiem co tam można jeszcze popsuć?
