Misleading advertising - it is not Central Udine if it is 5km away from train station.

The only good thing was that it was a place to sleep for a few hours after a very long day. Location was terrible.

Location is NOT Centro Udine! Nearly 5km away from train station. No taxis or Uber available at nighttime. Had a 2 hour walk to the location at midnight. No breakfast, though I accept that it was not advertised. I would have appreciated a simple tea bag or a bottle of water.

We looked an apartement for 4 person for 1 night, while we was travelling. The flat was enough for 4 person, there was parking places, beds are ok. Panoramic view to the alps. :)

Il divano letto aveva degli spuntoni di ferro che ne compromettevano decisamente la comodità. Le porte non si aprivano perché incastrate tanto che la notte mio marito è dovuto andare fuori perché la porta del bagno non si apriva. L’acqua calda non funzionava.

La posizione

Appartamento umido,il bagno in pessime condizioni con la vasca sporca e lo scarico tappato. Il box doccia con la muffa, il soffitto nero con calcinacci che si staccavano. La biancheria macchiata e maleodorante di umiditá. Disordine negli spazi della cucina con uno stendino in vista con la roba stesa. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone e al nostro arrivo era pronto solo per 2 persone;siamo stati noi a prepararci il divano letto in cucina.Abbiamo contattato L’host per i vari problemi e dopo diverse discussioni ha deciso di rimborsarci la metá dell’importo pagato.

Muffa e odore cattivo: soggiorno spiacevole

Purtroppo l'appartamento è molto umido e presenta muffa nel bagno (sul soffitto e le pareti della doccia/vasca), dove non va l'aspiratore. Questo crea un odore molto sgradevole in tutto l'appartamento. La finestra era mezza rotta e non si poteva arieggiare. A parte questo problema della muffa/odore oggi giorno credo basti poco per rendere il soggiorno più comfortevole come un materasso o un topper di migliore qualità, delle lenzuola nuove, così come un tappeto del bagno e asciugamani nuovi. Quelli che c'erano, seppur credo puliti, erano molto consumati, anche le lenzuola, dando un'aria di poca cura, che unitamente all'odore, l'umidità, la muffa davano senso di poca igiene (anche lasciare lo stendi panni con le cose stese all'arrivo o il tappeto del bagno a pelo lungo). Scomodo il divano letto.
