Could not recommend staying here as the apartment currently stands
The location was great, close to the historical centre, shops, piazzas and restaurants. There was a washing machine and an airing stand on which to dry washing. The lounge area was spacious and modern.
Our arrival was very stressful as we had still not received an entry code hours after sending the owner our passport details as requested. There may have been a problem with our phones. At the entrance to the building, there is no mention of Intero 23 and we could not enter the foyer at all. Eventually another resident of the building helped us by phoning the owner, getting a code for the key-box AND showing us the other necessary code to enter the building itself.
The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen made our stay very uncomfortable. It appeared that little thought had been given to comfort or ease of use and we felt that perhaps the owner should spend a few days there himself to understand this!
The quite large kitchen has not a single power-point. When we used the kettle, we plugged it into a power board on the floor, which connected to the lounge room. No microwave either. The kettle needed descaling and when we decided not to use it and went to boil water in a pot, that too was dirty. We complained to the owner, who supplied a new kettle on our second day.
The bedrooms had no space for luggage, which we unpacked on a bed(!) in the kitchen. Both built-in wardrobes were impossible to use for hanging clothes as the racks were so high that none of us could reach them.
The shower was tiny and the doors didn't come close to shutting, so it was difficult to shower without wetting the room. There was not a single hook or place to hang towels for 3 people and we kept most of our toiletries and make-up outside the bathroom for lack of space.
Also there was building work going on - the entry foyer to the building was stacked with materials and scaffolding and the courtyard outside our ground floor apartment was also filled with building materials.
The apartment has potential but it is certainly not realised at this point.

Merita solo per la posizione
La posizione è fantastica, l'appartamento si trova proprio in centro. La casa è molto ampia, un grande soggiorno, una grande cucina e due stanze da letto, un bagno piccolino. I letti sono comodi e i cuscini morbidi e in un numero abbondante per chi ne usa di più.
Il bagno è pessimo: a parte che manca il bidet, il doccino eroga solo acqua fredda, la doccia aveva una anta di vetro sostituita da una poco igienica tendina. Inoltre non c'era praticamente spazio per appendere asciugamani e appoggiare suppellettili.
La porta di ingresso di casa è una porta in legno e vetrate che si chiude con una semplice serratura. Ci ha fatto sentire poco sicuri. Entrare per un malintenzionato sarebbe semplicissimo.
Le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento sono arrivate dall'host il giorno stesso dopo mio sollecito. Negli scambi intercorsi l'host ci ha messo molto a rispondere.

Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Udine, confortevole il fatto di avere l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza. I letti sono molto comodi e ci sono abbastanza armadi per riporre i vestiti
Non ho apprezzato il doccino della doccia che non si poteva regolare come inclinazione ed il fatto di essere in un seminterrato, anche se ben areato e tranquillo

Die Wohnung hatte eine optimale Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es hat in Bezug der Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war vollständig eingerichtet.
Es war bei unseren Aufenthalt im Eingangsbereich eine Baustelle. Dadurch war es etwas dreckig, aber es hatte keine Auswirkung auf die Wohnung. Den Innenhof konnte man nicht nutzen.

Tolles Apartment in toller Lage, mit Verbesserungspotential
Das Apartment ist überdurchschnittlich groß, speziell das Wohnzimmer mit gr. TV, aber keine TV-Programme, die Küche ist modern und gut eingerichtet.
Lage direkt im Zentrum,
Die Anmeldung ist On-line etwas kompliziert. Einerseits war es mir nicht möglich die Seite auf Deutsch oder Englisch umzustellen, obwohl da vorgesehen war, andererseits muss man besonders viele Felder ausfüllen, den Pass von 3 Seiten kopieren und einfügen - alles umständlich, wenn man das am Smartphone macht.
Zu wenig genau geschrieben war, wenn man den Schlüssel hat, wo geht man dann hin --> 3 Türen - ein Anruf beim Vermieter brachte die Lösung. Das PW für WiFi musste ich auch erst erfragen, könnte irgendwo im Apartment stehen.
In einem Schlafzimmer dürfte etwa im Zusammenhang mit dem Warmwasser sein. D.h. es brummt, wenn wer warmes Wasser benutzt
