A great stay in Cividale.

The location was great. Very spacious and well renovated, close to bars and restaurants.

All the stairs. No washing machine or iron. No parking on site.

The house is in a perfect location close to everything. Super clean and beautifully restored. It felt straight like being at home:) Free parking close by near the station. Great terrace with the sun in the morning with a beautiful view of the town. Inside there is lots of space, super kitchen and it is simply the best place to stay.

Bell'appartamento ma scarsa attenzione per il comfort degli ospiti

Appartamento molto bello in posizione centrale, decisamente comoda. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il riscaldamento e con il funzionamento del wi-fi che il proprietario si è prodigato per risolvere. Questi sono "incidenti" che reputo occasionali e non incidono sulla bontà comunque dell'alloggio.

Quel che non è occasionale, ma denota scarsa attenzione per gli ospiti sono dettagli che non ho apprezzato. Quattro bustine di gel doccia era tutto quello che veniva messo a disposizione per l'igiene personale. Non c'era neppure una goccia di sapone per le mani, e questo non capita nemmeno nell'ultima delle bettole. I teli doccia avevano dimensioni utili per un bambino. Infine si chiedeva di occuparsi della rimozione dei rifiuti, cosa mai vista. Quando abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento avevamo un impegno di lavoro e non certo il tempo per capire dove e come eliminarli, con il risultato che ce li siamo portati a casa. Gli affitti brevi sono sicuramente un business, ma non tutti i proprietari si preoccupano, oltre che del guadagno, anche del comfort degli ospiti. Anche l'assenza di una macchina per il caffè con cialde, ormai presente nella maggior parte di appartamenti di questo livello, denota evidente scarsa attenzione per gli ospiti. Poiché il proprietario insiste molto sul fatto di aver lasciato una recensione non immediatamente, preciso che a volte non si ha tempo, ma essendo una persona che viaggia molto e si fa spesso guidare dalle recensioni, quando ne ho la possibilità le lascio. Ho ben specificato che il proprietario si è mostrato gentile e disponibile, però se devo lavarmi le mani e non trovo il sapone, non chiamo il proprietario, vado a comprarmelo (un po' seccata). Quanto agli asciugamani, non ho discusso la quantità, ma le dimensioni. Come detto, viaggio molto, spesso utilizzando appartamenti per il soggiorno. Lo so che l'appartamento non è un albergo, e infatti non ha molti dei servizi presenti in albergo, tuttavia ne ha i prezzi e dunque alcuni dei servizi (tipo smaltimento rifiuti) dovrebbe fornirli. Non è un albergo, ma non è neppure semplicemente un appartamento arredato di quelli che s'affittano per lunghi periodi con prezzi ben diversi.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Gut eingerichtet, sauber und trotz Zentrumslage sehr leise. Hier hält man sich gerne auf: Mit 2 Bädern, drei Schlafzimmern und einem schönen Wohn- & Essbereich und Terrasse genug Platz zum Verweilen. Perfekter Ort für Ausflüge im Friaul (Udine/Grado/etc.)

Das Ding mit dem nicht passenden Schlüssel, das lässt sich aber leicht beheben ;)

Gern wieder!! Fantastico!

Die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Cividale auf den Dom und täglichem Mauersegler-Zirkus - das war spektakulär. Zentraler kann man in Cividale kaum wohnen. Praktisch: Das Café zum Frühstücken 10 Meter von der Haustür entfernt.

Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war sehr schmal, die Matratze lag nur lose auf. Da war beim nächtlichen Umdrehen Konzentration erforderlich.

Lokalita vynikající, klid i večer a to i vzhledem k tomu, že hned pod okny jsou bary.

Pobyt byl bez snídaně, ale vše dostupné do dvou minut. Bary pekárna obchody.
