Nice unit; shortcomings with location/views

The unit was very nice— well-furnished, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, convenient parking.

We were in unit 28, which is on the side of the building facing the market next door. The view from the unit is dominated by the roof and parking lot of the market (see attached photo taken from the window of unit 28). If you want the beautiful views featured on the website and in the reviews, make sure you do not book a unit ending in 4, 6 or 8, which are on the market side of the building. It is a 20-minute walk into town on the narrow main road— not ideal. While you can get responses to questions digitally, it is not the same as having someone on-site to provide recommendations about local activities, restaurants, etc.

Good with fixable flaws if investors wanted to fix it

Single air conditioning unit is not able to cool down the apartment at all. Bathroom is clogged up and water is accumulating. Garbage area stinks and it’s garbage everywhere, as it is too small for 30 apartments

Clean and new. Great location for valley activities. Short walk into town. Comfortable beds. Next to shops. Great parking. The door has an electronic key, so you do not need to take a key out with you, which is very handy.

Comfortable and convenient apartment with balcony and great views

We found everything as advertised. The apartment is comfortable, very spacey, clean and equipped with everything you need. It’s location is great to explore the Soça valley along the Alpe-Adria Trail. The supermarket next door is very convenient when you return hungry from a hike. We particularly cherished the balcony with beautiful views across the valley! Thanks For welcoming our little dog as well.

Amazing NEW and EXCLUSIVELY equipped accomodation in BOVEC / 10 of 10

These new appartments in the village of Bovec were exceeding our expectations. Coming to the site was without any problems. After arrival you will park in the parking places below the appartments with very quick access to the appartment. Views from the accomodation are just breathtaking on the julian Alps all around. Everything in the appartments as well as the whole site was just perfect and lets say contactless. - Site location - is just perfect! (amazing views surrounded by Julian Alps in the Soca valley - you will love them - Accomodation - modern, exclusive arranged, very cosy, with kitchen, bar table, spacious bathroom, bedroom and terrace. - lots of perfect equipment (iron, airconditions, kitchen staff, cleaning staff.. like in the 5stars hotel) - you definitely will not have any problem that you forgot e.g. something to clean the dishes, or your towel.. - access to the site and appartment is contactless (you will use only codes provided by the host) - it was sooo comfortable (not to take care of keys) - host Spela - even if we did not seen each other in person, was very helpfull and sent everything in advance to us (manual where and how to acess the site..) - Next to the site, you have 2 supermarkets (Spar and Merkator incl.Intersport) so you have immediate access to to the groceries and fresh things (croissants, bakery, vegetables..) - This site is a great starting point to visit Velika Korita Soče (Soča Gorge), couple of waterfalls (slap Boka, Virje), as well as Bovec old city center (which is reachable by foot in 10 minutes). I highly recommend this property to be as your accomodation point in Bovec. PS: If you need to see what you can experience here, I have also put some videos in my IG account Travelbedeker.

Fantastic Apartments in Bovec!

Wow, what a fantastic stay !! The apartment was super cozy and had everything we needed for a great getaway. The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and we loved sipping our morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

Bovec is very nice! We specially enjoyed the crystal clear Soca River.

We loved the location and the fact that everything was close to the apartment. We parked our car in the garage and just walked the area everywhere.

Top verblijf.

Modern ruim opgezet complex. Eigen parkeerplaats vind de kelder. Ligt pal naast 2 grote supermarkten. Zeer stil gebouw, massieve deuren, je hoort echt helemaal niks van de buren/gang. Aanwezigheid van (kleine) wasmachine en droogrek een pre. Leuke raft en canyoning excursies geboekt via de eigenaar van het complex. Een probleem met de douche werd na bericht snel gefixt.

Jammer dat er helemaal geen buitenruimte is in het verder prachtige penthouse.

Super appartement op een ideale locatie.

Prachtig appartement met alles er op en er aan. Heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamer, eigen wasmachine en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Fijn ook een balkon voor het mooie weer. De locatie is ideaal, naast een supermarkt en op korte afstand van veel activiteiten / bezienswaardigheden.

Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een paradol waardoor we in de schaduw op het balkon konden zitten.

Top appartement voor uitvalsbasis in Bovec, om te hiken, raften, canyoning

Mooi ingericht met appartement met alle voorzieningen, ondergrondse privé parking, naast de Spar (ideaal voor de inkopen).

Onvoldoende donker in slaapkamer en zijde Spar is uiteraard druk, maar dit stoorde niet.

Penthouse sublime pour un séjour de qualité

Tout simplement parfait, même loin de chez soi on se sent chez soi ici! Le penthouse est magnifique et full équipé. Situé juste en face de 2 supermarché (SPAR & MERCATOR), station d’essence, non loin de la ville et surtout centrale au différents endroit à visiter. Le penthouse est vraiment full équipé, salle de bain avec machine à laver (pour ceux qui veulent faire leurs linge), cuisine avec four et tous les ustensiles sont à disposition. Différente ambiance lumineuse, télé et … on est chez soi quoi 😁 un garage sécurisé pour la voiture et un ascenseur pour les personnes qui ont du mal avec les escaliers. Cette endroit a été mis à disposition par les propriétaires en étant vraiment complet, alors profiter mais surtout respecter le lieu 😁 Rien de négatif à dire sur ce lieu. N’hésitez même pas. Merci pour cette expérience de qualité à Soca Valley suites 🙏🏻

Moderne Suiten mit toller Ausstattung

Perfekt ausgestattete moderne Wohnung mit sehr viel Stauraum Auch für länger geeignet (zb ist Waschmaschine vorhanden. ) Einkaufen kann man direkt im Spar nebenan.

Wenn du dein eigenes Kissen mitbringst, dann gibt es nichts mehr zu kritisieren.

Дуже нові та чисті апартаменти, все автоматизовано, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. В наявності великий зручний балкон, з усіх вікон видно гори. Заправка та магазини поряд. Нажаль лижний курорт зі Словенської сторони наразі зачинений. Але рятує те, що поряд Італія Тарвізіо, ми їздили кататись туди. Господарка помешкання, привітна та любʼязна, ми забули одну річ і вона витратила купу часу щоб нам її повернути.

Якщо не мати власного транспорту то мабуть з логістикою буде важкувато.
