Silence and mountains in October

During this time of year, it’s a very peaceful place — perfect for anyone seeking calm and quiet. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, even more than at home. Long walks here are ideal; you’ll hardly meet anyone, which makes it the complete opposite of the busy season. The sauna in the house is a wonderful touch for rainy days, and the reading nook in the bedroom, with books and a view of the mountains, is simply charming.

Complete relax and peace

These are two beautiful houses with a lovely garden, set in a very peaceful environment. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, and shops are just 5 minutes from the property. Behind the house, there are charming walking paths for guests to enjoy. Inside, you will find everything you need for modern living, including a washing machine and dryer. The view from the property is truly breathtaking, and there is plenty of free private parking available for guests.

Gorgeous place place and views!

Gorgeous setting. New apartments with all the amenities you would ever want and more. It felt luxurious - the house, the setting and the host was very responsive and added so many little things that a traveler might need. We had activities planned but wished we could have spent more time here relaxing in the views and comfort.

A wonderful place for a relaxing weekend.

The windows provide great views from all over the house. It is perfect for a small group. The sauna is a wonderful bonus. We also enjoyed the dining room.

I would not consider this a true 3 bedroom, you have to walk thru the 2nd bedroom to get to the third.

fine property with great location but without air-conditioning

it is a so-called eco-friendly property with latest technology (only solar panels and EV charger are missing). huge spaces, well equipped, great quality , fine location. lovely host.

property listed it has air conditioning which doesn’t exists or not the regular one. there is a self controlling machine which regulates the temperature in order to be as eco friendly as possible. I would say if the climate changes as it seems (we had more than 30 degrees for our stay and only 1 night lowered under 20 degrees) the property will be much warmer and air conditioning should be installed. due to missing snow in the last few winters it can be used as a base for mountain climbing (there is sauna as well!) etc but for summers it will be challenging.

Superb

Place and the house are superb, kitchen well equiped, great view, everything clean, 2bathrooms, close to Bovec center, next to Kanin lift.

They do not accept kids, we did not know that and (i do not know how that happened) having kids was not in our reservation via booking (i was making the booking last minute with multiple booking.com windows opened in browser), reaction of owners was out of this world, horrific, threating us to send someone to to our country to take me for coffee..... (like to hurt us), despite the fact we naturally offered to pay more for our kids.... apart from that holliday destroying experience - really great place.

Accueil chaleureux avec en plus du vin de quoi faire un premier petit déjeuner étant arrivés un dimanche où tout est fermé C’est très propre, séjour agréable même si nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car pluie pluie pluie!

Plus pour 4 que pour 5, le lit double de la 2e chambre fait 120cm de large, plus pour 2 enfants que 2 ados, 4 chaises en cuisine
