Perect house and would definitely stay again

the house was amazing! 7 of us stayed here and we had more than enough space for us all.

the kitchen was perfect for all of us to enjoy and spend time catch up. the views are beautiful and the bedrooms are all great sizes with very comfy beds.

We liked the place even though we did have issues with the comfort of the beds.

The mansion looks stunning. Placed at the top corner of the vineyard overlooking the roofs of the Capriva village. Having an early morning coffee at the front porch is an experience you can hardly share but you keep it for the rest of your life!

The comfort of the beds is critical. Basically all of the beds are at the one-night-only-and-thats-it level. The place is listed as having a capacity for 10 people which is not the fact. The bunk beds aren't safe to sleep on. So we had to manage without them... It was too hot to sleep without the A/C but that's another story - it seems that most of the homes in the area are not fitted with them.

Nice holiday home in calm part of the town. Spacious, with big terrace and living room. Perfect for visit Coolio DOC wine region, but also near cities - Trieste, Udine - and sea in Grado. Welcoming and helpful owner.

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhige Lage mit Blick in einen Weingarten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, der Vermieter hat uns Holz fur den Küchenherd und den Ofen zur Verfügung gestellt, sehr gemütlich im Winter. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge im Friaul und bis ans Meer.

Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, mit einer perfekten Küche und Terrasse!

Die Badewanne war zwar optisch sehr nett, aber duschen war leider sehr schwierig, da die Wanne freistehend war und es keinen Duschvorhang oder ähnliches gab. War für uns ok, ist aber für weniger mobile Menschen sehr schwierig. Dafür gab es eine großzügige Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Wir waren allerdings zu 6. und mussten Bad und Dusche teilen. Für sechs Personen optimal. Ein Zimmer sehr groß, zwei kleinere. Das 4. Zimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr klein und ein Stockbett. Aber alles kein Grund, diese Unterkunft nicht wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Mooi huis op een mooie plek, comfort onder de maat.

Het is een mooi huis. De keuken is compleet. Er is een fijn overdekt terras. De tuin is mooi en goed onderhouden. De lokatie aan de rand van een wijngaard en in het dorp is goed.

Het comfort van het huis viel helaas tegen. De bedden zijn doorgelegen of de matrassen zijn zo dun dat dit niet goed slaapt. De zitgelegenheid in de woonkamer is oud en niet comfortabel. De stoelen aan zowel de keukentafel als buiten op het terras zitten niet goed. Aan het huis vast zit een opslag voor boeren gereedschap/apparatuur. Tijdens ons verblijf was het helaas koud. Er is wel een kachel maar niet voldoende verwarming om het huis te verwarmen, er liggen wel dekentjes.

Ampia e spaziosa, veramente una bella casa!! Eravamo due famiglie con tanti bimbi e ci siamo trovati molto bene!! Gli spazi comuni veramente belli!! Proprietari simpatici, accoglienti e disponibili per informazioni! Peccato che essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto usufruire molto del bel giardino che aveva una stupenda vista sul vigneto! Comoda per visitare le città vicine (con la macchina)
