Very pleasant stay

Very clean, efficient and welcoming staff. We liked the food at the farm restaurant some 900 m up the road.

Some coffee in the room would have been great. There was herbal tea and a kettle, though.

Highly recommended!

Perfect place to relax! The accommodation is in an ideal location to unwind, especially after a long trip, as you can book a private spa for two hours to fully recharge. The room and bathroom are very comfortable, and the balcony is just perfect — offering a wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

An exquisite place to stay, with friendly staff and unbeatable views!

This was the most comfortable and most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The view was stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful (even assisted with changing a flat tire!!).

Beautiful place to unwind.

The owner, despite having his first baby the day after we arrived, went out of his way to help us with packing our bikes! Breakfast was a delight and the area is peaceful with beautiful views. Loved the spa on the terrace. Sistiana and the nearby town of Monfalcone have everything you could want. Direct local bus from Sistiana to the airport as well as trains to Trieste.

The location might be difficult without transport. The train station isn't too far but restaurants, buses and the beach are at least a 15-20 minute walk down the hill, so uphill home.

Very disappointed..

Great view - they do have that

A/c cannot keep up in early July, couldn't sleep... With thermostat at 20, it remained above 26 all night.. (and mentioning it upon checkout, i just got raised eyebrows thinking i left a window open or something). Also the "smart" switches with presence sensor are just too bright at night.. bring tape to cover it up if you do come. Breakfast looks pretty, but not good. Last, bathroom needs better cleaning, while it looks modern and all, there is mold on the walls and toilets werent cleaned..

A peaceful and great place with an amazing view

I loved staying at the Encanto, it is in a calm and peaceful environment, with a lovely view at the sea and the city. But still close to the main attractions and the city, only 30 mins drive to Trieste, 1.5 hours to Treviso, 2 hours to Venice. The porch has an amazing view, and we really enjoyed having a coffee with birds chirping in the background. The hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. All the facilities at the property are great, beds very comfy, the porch is amazing.

Good location. New building, and modern minimal designed equipnent. Very kind staff, correct breakfast. There was no charge for our pets.

The road was too close - directly. Was not seeview from the room (only from the side-teracce, it was not intim because the main road). The room was very small.

Nice 2 nights in Sistiere

Very nice modern room with a view in quiet location above Sistiere with the most beautiful view. Breakfast was very nice, Leandro and his wife very nice hosts. Parking perfect in front of the house. We can totally recommend it

A delightful surprise.

Very spacious room, big modern bathroom with a great shower, lovely private terrace, wonderful breakfast and very clean. Parking available in the property and we were able to bring our dog.

In Paradiso

This hotel is located on a hill overlooking a lush forest and the beautiful Gulf of Trieste. Our room was huge and the views from the large sun-terrace are simply breathtaking! Breakfast was extremely tasty, and served in a lovely dining room with an option for outside dining. The owners went out of their way to attend to our special requests, including offering us one of our meals packaged to our room. They were also very kind to allow us a late check-out to give us an extra 2 hours of sleep :) Highly recommended to stay longer than one night, if one wants to enjoy all the facilities this place has to offer.

In hindsight, perhaps it would have been more convenient for us a family, if the huge room was designed as a "suite" with some separation between us parents and our grown-up child.

Exceptional breakfast, first place in the last few years that we have visited that serves quality cured meat for breakfast. We saw the breakfast pictures on booking and that's why we chose this place. We were happy to see that it is exactly like advertised, quality raw bacon, ham and cured sausage just like home. Highly suggest this place and the beach is close too!

Located on a hillside overlooking the bay. We had a nice room with a balcony to one side that overlooked the sea. We were very happy that we could bring our dogs. The breakfast was very nice.

Minor issue - bathroom light appeared to be on a sensor so we didn't know how to turn it off (just went off itself after a while).

Quiet location with a beautiful look on the coastline. Very friendly and supportive owner. Cars can be parked in front of the house. There is also a charging station for electric cars.

Stunning view, very friendly and flexible staff, quiet area. The building is well designed, the neighbourship of the other guests is not disturbing. The breakfast was served from the private agriturismo, it was varied and very tasteful.

Very modern accommodation and lovely hosts.

Lovely views, very modern accommodation, beautiful room and a big patio. Free parking. Breakfast was so delicious, it included bread, butter, salami, cheese, cakes, strawberry pie etc. Trieste was only 25 mins by car. The hosts were so nice and they suggested some lovely places for us to visit, which we did and loved. Next time, will definitely stay longer! Thanks so much!

Nice B&B on the great, peaceful location. Beautiful, spacious room, perfectly clean with very comfortable bed. Big terrace equipped with the sunbeds, looking on the sea. Very rich breakfast from delicious, local ingredients and good cappuccino was served on the terrace. Parking space in front of house.
