Two terraces with all windows facing the sea...

The flat was perfectly located for our purposes. Not far from the city center, from stores or our main point of interest, the baseball field in Staranzano. The apartment complex is located right next to the sea. We loved the spaciousness, the quality of the bedding, the terraces and my wife specifically pointed out, that so far it was the best equipped kitchen. Also, we enojyed the conversations with our host, who was very helpful and assisted with all our requests or inquiries. At this time of the year, the noise levels were very reasonable from the beach, also in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the sparrows nesting on one of the terraces. To be honest, you get two terraces, which all face the sea...

I cannot mention anything that we did not like. Maybe the shower cabin was a bit narrow, but we managed...

Stunning views in Marina Julia

The views!! The penthouse has a giant terrace surrounding the apartment completely! It was wonderful to see the different views in all directions: the sea, Duino and Triest from afar, the snowy mountains on the other side! The apartment itself was also very big and had terrace access and sea views from every room. There where 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Since we travelled with a toddler they provided us with a high chair and baby bath tub, which was very helpful. Antonio the landlord was very accommodating and always available for any questions we had. We felt very welcome 😊 The beach at Marina Julia is right outside the apartment which is very convenient. There is also a playground and several Cafes. The beach is perfect for little kids, very shallow water and lots of pebbles!

The penthouse was great, especially the views! The only negative thing was that the elevator stopps one floor below the penthouse, so it's a little inconvenient when traveling with small kids/strollers or lots of baggage. Fortunately Antonio the landlord helped us with the bags at check in and check out!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Alles was man so braucht war da und die Kontaktpersonen sehr nett.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes geräumiges gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer absoluten Traumaussicht, gute Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden Duino, Grado….

Ein paar Haken in Küche und Bad wären gut um Handtücher usw. aufzuhängen. Für die die Dusche waren wir zum Glück schlank genug 😇.

Rozhodně by jsme se rádi vrátili.

Apartmán byl nádherný-plně zařízený, prostorný, klimatizovaný s úžasným výhledem z velké terasy na všechny světové strany. Psí pláže čisté z možností se schovat do stínu. Noční zábava na pláži.

V našem termínu dovolené nutnost dojíždět pro potraviny. Přilehlý kemp. Na samotný apartmán není co vytknout.

Lokatie direct aan het strand . Zeer ruim terras op 1e verdieping van appartementengebouw. Ruim appartement m.u.v. smalle douche/toilet ruimte. Goed bed. Dicht bij natuurgebied, zeer aan te raden voor fietstochten. 40 minuten met de auto naar Triëst. Zeer behulpzame host. Direct douchekophouder en parasol vernieuwd na defect.

Bij binnenkomst geur van hond, die verdween na langdurig gebruik van airco.

Das Meer ist super schön, der Strand toll, die Menschen sehr freundlich und sehr nett, herzlich, emphatisch.

Der Wanzenbefahl in der Küche, geht gar nicht, sind früher abgereist.

Tolle große Terrasse, ordentlich/ zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe. Wurden mit Prosecco empfangen

Das Badezimmer war nicht so nach unserem Geschmack. Dusche ist für große und kräftige Leute nicht geeignet. Viel zu eng und in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat am letzten Abend die Waschmaschine gestreikt, und wir mussten mit nasser Wäsche zu unserem nächsten Urlaubsdomizil reisen.

Aussicht war Top. Direkt am Meer mit 2 Balkonen. Appartement war gut und schön möbliert. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Kein Geschirrspüler. Abwaschen im Urlaub macht keinen Spaß. Dusche ist sehr eng.
