Fantastic view of the marina and beautiful sunsets. The beach club was good and having dedicated spot on the beach was great with fresh towels every day. Beach was not crowded and plenty of space between loungers. The marina area had some very nice bars and restaurants, we enjoyed the pizzeria but better to book to get an outside table. Great bakery and coffee shop just behind the piazza we found on the last day selling fresh bread, pastries, milk, yogurt etc. Apartment had all the basics for eating in and was spacious and good to have a parking space.
Instructions to get into the complex were not very clear and we were given the wrong car park space number had to call agent but they sorted it. Read instructions carefully and follow each step, once you get the hang of the lifts and floors it’s actually very clear just confusing initially. Pillows were memory foam but then we found other pillows in the cupboard which were much better. Overall we’d definitely recommend coming here just a few issues at the start, otherwise great.

Location was incredible - view was sensational. The overall appartment was one of the best I've ever stayed in. The community of Portopicollo was so good with great bars and restaurants and marina. 100% would recommend.
Delayed check in due to cleaning from previous occupant - I was happy to wait but after waiting for 2 hours and hearing nothing I rang and was told the appartment was all ready and they thought someone else on their team had already told me. Communication could be improved in future!

The accommodation was offered for 4 adults, in fact this apartment is only suitable for 3 people. An offered folding bed is absolutely unsuitable for an adult, does not correspond to the standard. Also the outdoor areas of the apartment were heavily soiled / not cleaned. After the complaint, we only received an additional parking space in return, which, however, in no way constitutes adequate compensation in view of the price paid by us. The host could not organize a reasonable price reduction due to booking over booking.com.
