To the apartment you can get fully via elevator which was very convenient for the luggage and the advantage of availability of all the services from the five star hotel in the front. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Izvrstan i raznovrstan doručak. Odlična lokacija blizu javnog prijevoza i dvorca Miramare. Besplatan parking u krugu hotela. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje.
Sve je bilo odlično. Nemam nikakvih zamjerki.

Frühstück sehr gut. Hotel grundsätzlich sehr schön.
Uns wurde am Vorabend mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Appartement (Appartement Sissi 110 qm) nicht zur Verfügung steht (gebrochenes Fenster, das nicht repariert werden kann). Es wurde uns ein "Ersatzquartier" in Triest vorgeschlagen, dass aber nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Nach mehrfachem urgieren bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Hotel (Hotel Greif Maria Theresia) angeboten (versprochen wurde ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick). Wir bekamen ein Deluxe Zimmer (19 qm) aber ohne Meerblick. Leider wurde uns auch keine Preisreduktion gewährt.
