The location is great

We got a totally different room that in the pictures, the room and balcony wasn't clean. In the bathroom we only had cold water, the toilet smelled weird and you don't have any shelf to put cosmetics on.

Fantastic stay in a breath taking location

The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea. The pizza restaurant was delicious and we loved the little cafes by the hotel. The pool was fab and our little one did not want to get out of the pool ever!

These are all minor things as we had such an amazing holiday. A couple of times the lifts to the apartments were out of order and it’s a very long walk with a toddler. When we arrived late on the first evening, we found it very difficult to get a take away or any food from the hotel as they don’t do room service to the apartments and the restaurants couldn’t do hot food to take away. We later found out that the pizza place does do take away but it would be really helpful if the hotel could do room service to the apartments for those arriving late with kids. I also thought the apartments could benefit from a booklet with info about where to eat, supermarkets, opening times, how to book the pool etc as this would have been very helpful.

It’s cut off from Sistiana itself so if visitors plan to travel then a car is necessary.

Very enjoyable, good quality

Spacious, comfortable bed and sofa bed, decent kitchen, nice views, car parking, good aircon throughout, modern, clean and quiet. Good location for bars, pizza place, pool and beach.

Would have liked a smart TV. Pool and beach are extra costs but we knew that already. Very nice pool area but quite expensive

It was good to stay here.

It was not the apartment which is on the photos. The terrace was dirty and it wass full with weed. Also the marina view was not fully true as that specific apartment has a brick wall, not a barrier like the one on the pictures. The parking space has a manually movable door, which unfortunately was in an unlucky position to scratch the car’s trunk, when I’ve opened it.

Quite disappointing and not worth the money

Assignments were very large and modern and very clean with a great view. The hosts did assist us with finding available beaches on another resort

Checking in was a bit of a logistical ordeal. The apartments are quite far away and the sloped position they are in make it a bit awkward to get to. We had to park the car at reception and then follow a staff member in his buggy to get to our personal car space in a tight corridor/space. Getting to the car from the apartment and leaving the complex was complicated. We had 2 pairs of keys for garage and apartment. Getting from apartment to reception required 2 lifts.. one of them taking 2 minutes. Getting to harbour was a long process. I've never had to walk through so many doors and corridors and enter codes and use fobs to get from my accomodation to reception. All of the pools close by hosted by another group were closed when we stayed (May 29th/30th) and beaches were unmanned with no sun loungers. We ended up walking 15 minutes to another resort down the road. When checking in as a guest staying in apartment we felt as if we treated as second class guests compared to hotel guests checking in at the same time The harbour felt a bit elitist with yacht types dominating the atmosphere with a lot of private parties. Not inviting at all.

Faboulus relaxing stay with a gorgeous Adriatic view!

Faboulus apartment quite high with an amazing view from the large terass which is also half covered with a roof. Space well enough for a family of five (three teenagers :) ). Garage included in this rent, accessible from inside. The area Portopiccolo is like a small dream and also the Sistiana harbour (public beaches, street food and evening entertainment on the besch is a short <5min) away. Pool and beach access in Portopiccolo via Puro Beach Club. Rates vary depending on which area you choose. But beach (small roune stones and pebbles, bring bathing slippers) very nice and well kept. Watervgets deep quite quick as it is on the outside of the pier. There is a family pool and beach area which we didnt try. Also a free beach available at the southern end of the area.

Goong back and to apartment from Portopiccolo ”main street” takes a bit of time as two separate elevators are used.

they should have let us know about the way to the apartment because i have problems with using elevators and we had to use them but not any kind, we had to use two different elevatorst to get to the apartment for like 10 min ride and it were not going up and down but side to side

Apartments are part of a large newly build complex in the cliff, therefore the structure itself is pretty amazing. Apartment was large, very comfortable, well equipped with amazing seaside views. We had issues with dishwasher but staff has promptly arrange a new apartment for us. Spa price is not included, there are couple of restaurants in the complex.

Very complicated way of getting inside the complex. During the first day we spent several hours to find a parking place, to find a person with beach towels and to locate our apparent without help🙈 But when you get it, you become really happy

Uniqe location, view, pro real estate development.

We wanted to have a master bedroom and a second room with two bed for the children as it was on the photos. We wanted to stay one more night. The man at the rental office said that it is possible but he did not sent the email what he promised. So we was not able to stay longer. The only one shower of the apartement need to repair.

We will not visit in the future, there is low value for the money.

Apartment was built with quality materials and you get reserved umbrella on the beach. Everything was very clean and parking is reachable by inside corridor from the building.

Resort was kind of beautiful but artficial without geniuss loci (like Paris in China). Apartment was built in higher standard, however there was no extra service for the money. Everything in resort is overpriced 3times more than the value of the servise is. Check in Office is not signed properly.

We loved the whole stay! The portopiccolo apartments are breathtaking! The apartment with an amazing view, the bed, the location and the beautiful things to see close by to the place are also perfect. It is a great place for those who love privacy and not huge crowds, I recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure come back :) thank you!

very private and comfortable stay at superb location - total surprise for us in context of North Adriatic; Also very kind staff at reception!

almost nothing that bothered me, maybe lack of restaurants and other possibilities after 8pm and bad/broken sewer in one of the bathrooms which was the source of bad smell..
