Perfect holiday

Everything was perfect, clean, ready... a big plus are the bicycles available and also the empathetic owners... the owner was interested in what else we would like for breakfast, it was very nice..

Great place for visiting the nature reserves

For us the location was perfect- just a15 minute drive to the nature reserves. The room was convenient – there was enough space for clothes and suitcases. It was very quiet. Even on the one night when it was very crowded we didn’t hear a thing from the other guests. The view over the fields was pleasant. There were deer and birds to watch. The staff and their dog were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

As is often the case in hotels, the mattress had a protective covering, which makes the bed climate somewhat uncomfortable.

Close to Grado and comfortable

Very close to Grado, big parking lot for free, clean and relaxing swimming pool. The breakfast was not huge but enough for us. Room very clean and quiet, despite the main road behind the building. Next door there's a good restaurant where we had dinner.

Maybe the flashy blue display of the air conditioning controller which we had to cover with a towel to darken the room during the night. Otherwise everything went fine

Not what we had expected.

When we did meet the staff they were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cool and clean.

I would imagine that if you have young children and like a holiday camp vibe, then this place would be perfect. For us, it was not what we had expected, having experienced something rather different at other agriturismos. The location was quite a way out of Aquileia, there were no staff on hand when we arrived, the room was small, plain and simply furnished and breakfast was very basic with little fresh food in evidence. It was clear that lots of people like this place, but sadly we are not amongst them.

Nice choice. But it is more of an apartment for rent than a guesthouse/agritourism.

Close to Grado and Aquileia. Nice building, nice pool, free use of bicycles. Beautiful surroundings behind the property.

During a 9-day stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once. For example, clean towels and toilet paper were not refilled. The apartment lacked basic equipment (including soap, washing-up liquid, kitchen towel).

Very good location to make a break

Good location, close to Grado and Aquileia, ambience is very nice. Nets on the windows (against mosquitoes) are excellent .

it’s a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room. safe deposit box in the room would be very welcome… In the morning, although the rooms look towards the pool and not towards the road, it’s a bit noisy (quite a lot of cars passing by…)

It was a great place to stay with a big group/family.

The rooms and the whole place was clean and tidy. The pool was cleaned every day, and it was open all day long. The staff is very nice and helpful, it was easy to manage our booking even though we were a big group with young kids.

there is no soap in the in the bathroom. unfortunately for apartment it's not possible to order breakfast or even coffee in the morning and there is no open bar in the area

An easy and practical overnight stay

It was a perfect place for us to cut our trip overnight. Due to Covid it was quite empty and all measures were in place, including a "Bag breakfast" . Great pool, free bikes (lovely bike paths) and a tennis court. 15 min from main highway and lovely landscape

A "bag breakfast' is not ideal but that is what it is in Covid times and the staff was very accommodating - also not easy for them

Sehr schön, sehr praktisch!

Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Der Pool ist einladend. Nebenan gibt es eine gute Pizzeria, andere Lokale sind unweit, ein Auto aber erforderlich. Es gibt Räder auszuborgen. Man kann herrlich damit nach Grado oder Aquileia fahren. Es gibt einen tollen Radweg. Das Personal sieht man wenig, da es Self-Check-in gibt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Das einzige was einem stören könnte ist, dass alles ziemlich unpersönlich ist. Man sieht Personal nur zum Frühstück, alles andere kann selbstständig erledigt werden - was natürlich auch viele Vorteile hat :)
