We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Exclusive Apartments Palmanova and were extremely satisfied with everything.
The host was amazing from beginning to end — incredibly kind, accommodating and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. All of the instructions for arrival and check-in were very clear and easy to understand, the apartment was easy to find, and parking nearby was very convenient.
The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful — huge, spacious, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Having air conditioning was fantastic, especially during the warm weather, and the washing machine with a dryer was incredibly useful.
One of our favourite things was the location and the view. We were staying during Palma alle Armi, and from the apartment we could see some of the performances and activity happening in Palmanova. It made the whole stay feel even more special and magical.
We genuinely could not have been happier with the service. The hosts were extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and made everything easy for us. We had no problems whatsoever throughout our stay.
Beautiful accommodation, fantastic location, wonderful hosts and an amazing experience overall. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Appartamenti nuovissimi e con tutti i comfort che un gruppo numeroso come il nostro potesse desiderare (eravamo in 16 in 3 appartamenti). Demis è stato disponibilissimo in tutte le fasi, prenotazione, accoglienza e supporto.
Il fantastico living, che accoglie due divani/letto per altrettanti ospiti, non dispone di scuri alle finestre; il sistema di illuminazione è un po’ complicato da gestire con funzioni francamente inutili.
