This was the best accommodation we had ever in Grado. It is new, fully equipped, air-conditioned, with lots of space, garage, perfect breakfast. We did not regret any cent spent on this accommodation. It is close to the heart of the city, close to the beach and very quiet due to insulated windows. It has balcony that we used just to sit outside when we did not feel like going to a bar or restaurant. We came by bikes, than brought the car and could use locked garage for both. You would feel the difference between older houses and this new building.

Everything was just perfect.

The location is perfect with just a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms/apartments are spacious and ideal for travelling with kids. The breakfast was great. This was already our second stay here and we would definitely come back again!

It’s amazing that daily room cleaning is included but they kept forgetting things, one day there were no towels, another no toilet paper, then no garbage bags. One day they forgot to clean the room altogether. All in all it’s not a huge deal and we had a lovely stay

A reggel finom és bőséges a választék. Közel a tengerpart és az óváros. A szállás rendkívül tiszta volt, minden nap takarítottak. A tusoló hatalmas, ami nagyon pozitív. Az erkély is hatalmas. Az elhúzható erkély ajtó kiválóan hangszigetel, így jól lehet pihenni akkor is, ha kint nagy az éjszakai zsongás. A személyzet diszkrét és nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Szívesen ajánlom ezt a szállást.
