Excellent location, modern clean apartment and nice varied breakfast

The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The apartment was lovely and modern and it was nice having a balcony to sit out and dry clothes. Location was excellent - central to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely. They were also accommodating with breakfast when we had to leave early.

I have a fear of elevators (which quite a few people have) and there was an option for me which I was grateful for but was not ideal as meant I always had to come in with one of my family. Would prefer a way that would give me more independence and also some guests could be staying there on their own who have a fear of elevators.

Brand new and clean apartment in the centre

Location is in the centre. The building is very new. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Good kitchen with new kitchen utensils. The breakfast is excellent: a lot of choice and they fill up quickly. The staff is great. You can rent a bike for € 8 a day

Although they advertise the apartment as luxury, it lacks facilities to call it luxury. It's brand new, but not very luxurious. We had a nice balcony, but many balconies don't have a great view. We missed a microwave in the kitchen.

Everything was wonderful ❤️ Super friendly and attentive staff. Perfect cleanliness and sufficient comfort. Truly delicious breakfast with a good variety. The parking is public, but finding a spot is easy. Ideal location: the sea, old town, and cafés are all within a 5-minute walk. The bathroom has an electric dryer for quickly drying clothes. 👌👍

Everything from the moment we arrived and we got a parking spot and our luggage was brought up to our apartment, to the moment we left after a week and we were accompanied by the staff, was perfect. The flat had everything one needs, fully equipped kitchen, everything one needs at the bathroom, cleaning stuff etc. The bed is so comfortable, best quality sheets and pillows. Also a big plus for the shower: The staff is extremly friendly, big variety for breakfast and we could also take the breakfast to the room. Perfect for families travelling with kids. You go out, left, right and you arrive at the beach. Everything is downstairs and even though it is central, once closing the windows (air conditioning in all rooms) it is pitch quiet. It was just great for a relaxing holiday week. Will return for sure.

A young lady who took care of breakfast and the man who works in a kitchen were so lovely and helpful! The receptionist woman not so much tho, I guess that happens if you don't speak italian... Breakfast was really nice! Also very comfortable bed, big balcony...

Ah, the problems with parking, of course... it's horrible. We drove around 1,5 hours looking for space. I reserved this hotel because of parking option specifically (maybe I'd choose a less expensive stay otherwise) and I sent an email asking for it, but at arrival they told us it's full. Oh well...

Ich würde in dieser Unterkunft immer wieder buchen!!!!

Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Dame bei der Rezeption hervorheben. Ich habe Zöliakie. Sie hat sich die Mühe gemacht, nachzufragen und hat mir ein wunderbares Restaurant für meine Bedürfnisse empfohlen!!! Das ist nicht immer so! Das Frühstück ist wirklich in Ordnung! Ich habe immer mein eigenes Brot mit und habe dieses auf den Tisch gelegt. Als ich vom Buffet zurückkam, war ein prall gefüllter Korb mit glutenfreien Produkten auf meinem Platz! Dies ohne jegliche Frage....einfach wirklich sehr sehr aufmerksam!!!!!

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage im Zentrum war perfekt! Alles mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar! Das Apartment für ein Wochenende perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Und das Frühstück einfach köstlich - eine riesengroße Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten!

Wir wollten Nachrichten im TV schauen, das war aber unmöglich und es gab auch nirgendwo eine Anleitung. Aber das war nicht wichtig!

Das Aparthotel bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Grado braucht.Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage sowie das ausgezeichnete Frühstück! Alle Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und mehr als ausreichend verfügbar. Auch alle anderen Aspekte (moderner Wohnraum, Sauberkeit, zuvorkommendes Personal)konnten uns überzeugen.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in Grado!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ariston Teatro war fantastisch. Das Apartment ist eines der Schönsten, in denen ich in den letzten Jahren gewohnt habe und unsere Gastgeberinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück im Ariston ist absolut außergewöhnlich und die Lage (ganz nahe am Zentrum) war perfekt um Grado in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Rendkívül jó elhelyezkedése volt a szálláshelynek.kb. 5 perc sétára a parttól és a sétálóutcától. Amúgy gyalagosan minden egyéb látnivalója/attrakciója könnyen elérhető ennek a kedves városnak. A teraszunról ráláttunk a belső udvari parkolóra. A bőséges reggeliválaszték minden igényt kielégített. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész és közvetlen volt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

A teraszról a szemközti - nem túl tetszetős) - ház lakóinak az életét láthattuk, de igazából nem volt annyira zavaró.

Zentral und tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Aparthotel liegt zentral in Grado. Die Altstadt und der Strand GIT sind in 1-2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und daher auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Studio-Appartment im 1. Stock war riesig und hatte auch einen großen Balkon. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde das Appartement wie in einem Hotel täglich geputzt. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber nicht umfassend. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Dingen, verschiedene Säfte und Prosecco sowie Obst, Antipasti, Kuchen etc. - es fehlte lediglich Rührei. Der Cappuccino wurde jeweils frisch an der Bar zubereitet.

Die Küchen-Ausstattung könnte noch erweitert werden. Es gab jeweils genau 2 Wassergläser, 2 Tassen, 2 Gabeln, 2 Messer etc. Hier wäre eine doppelte Ausstattung schön; außerdem fehlten Weingläser und ein Wasserkocher. Etwas ungewöhnlich war auch der Umstand, dass das Treppenhaus nur im Notfall benutzt werden soll. Unser Appartement war im 1. Stock - da hätten wir lieber die Treppe benutzt als mit dem Fahrstuhl zu fahren.

Sehr sauber, so wie man sich Hotel wuenscht - aber nicht alles bequem

Sehr sauber,sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, bequeme Matratzen und herrliches Frühstück. Bis auf fehlende Ablagemoeglichkeiten und einem extrem unangenehmen, hochfrequenten Surren von einem Leuchtband am Betthaupt war auch bei diesem Aufenthalt alles perfekt und ich werde wiederkommen.

Obwohl im April von Chef persönlich als "kleine Metallkoerbe zum Aufhaengen an der Duschschiebetuer" angekündigt,die schon bestellt seien, gibt es nun - 6 Monate später - leider immer noch keinen Platz für Utensilien im Badezimmer,auch keine kleine Etagère über Waschbecken. Auch kein einziger Haken im Eingangsbereich (ist ja nicht immer Hochsommer) und kein wie in Hotels übliches Gestell zum Ablegen des Koffers. Ich bin diesmal alleine gereist ,aber Toilettetascherl stand am Esstisch,Jacke hängte über Sessel, Reisetasche am Sofa. Auch gab es kein Nachtkaestchen neben meiner Bettseite bei Tür. Für mich alleine,naja,machbar... Was beim diesmaligen Aufenthalt leider extrem unangenehm war: ein Leuchtband,das am Betthaupt angebracht ist, erleuchtet mit blauem Knopf das nächtliche Zimmer und surrt in einer sehr hohen Frequenz. Wenn man es einschaltet,ist es natürlich taghell,aber Surren waere weg. Ich habe die Fernbedienung über das blaue Licht gelegt,um Zimmer abzudunkeln und Ohrstoepsel verwendet,obwohl das Hotel sonst endlich eines waere mit super Isolierung zu den Nachbarzimmern und es total ruhig waere. Bitte höflich,das Surren abzustellen (Rezeptionistin habe ich bei Abfahrt Bescheid gegeben)

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Grado war es als 5 köpfige Familie perfekt.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand und auch gleich im Zentrum. Die Aussicht ist je nach Stockwerk und Lage des Zimmers unterschiedlich. Da es im Zentrum liegt, sind die angrenzenden Häuser sehr Nahe. Das Morgenessen ist sehr reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Mieten des Parkplatzes hat sich für und gelohnt und ist den Preis wert.

Die Küchenausstattung wäre für 5 Personen etwas knapp geworden, wenn wir hätten kochen wollen…
