Perfect, pretty little flat in the heart of the old town :)
This was our second time here, and everything was just perfect again! :) The flat is in the centre, near to everything, very cozy, stylish and "really italian". I'm sure we go back in a few years again!
There are HUGE spiders next to the door every night. They live in the holes between the bricks. Maybe you should do something, they were really enormous and frightening.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gleich daneben sind sehr gute Lokale um Essen oder Trinken zu gehen. Der Hafen und das Meer auch ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Apartment, tja, wo soll man anfangen. Die Laken und Polster gelb vergilbt, aber gewaschen. Wer nicht gewohnt ist mit einer Decke für zwei zu schlafen wird enttäuscht. Auf Anfrage bekommt man nur ein Leintuch, mit dem man dann die Wolldecke im Kasten benützen kann. Ob die nach jedem Gebrauch gewaschen wird möchte ich bezweifeln. Der Boden im gesamten Apartment gibt beim gehen extrem nach und hat ein Gefälle von ca.10cm auf ca. 3 Meter. Das Bett steht demnach schräg im Zimmer und man hat ständig das Gefühl raus zu fallen. Auf Ansprechen dieses Umstandes wurde erklärt das es ein altes Gebäude ist. Das einzig nicht schräge Zimmer ist das Bad. Um warmes Wasser zu bekommen muss man die Dusche 2-3 Minuten laufen lassen. Jede Nacht ging die Heizung aus und in der Früh hatte es dann nicht so angenehme 16,5 Grad und kaltes Wasser. Das Geschirr könnte auch mehr Pflege erhalten. Alles in allem - die Lage war das einzig gute!

Für uns war alles perfekt .. wir haben natürlich vorhin andere Bewertungen gelesen, aber man muss auch bedenken, dass die Unterkunft in einem der ältesten Häuser in der Innstadt liegt .. somit ist es klar, dass manche Sachen wie steile Stufen und kleine Türen damals noch nicht in einer Bauvorschrift standen , aber genau das macht es auch aus.. uns hat es total gefallen .. es war auch kein Problem für uns die Stadt Geräusche zu hören , welche sowieso ab 12 vorbei sind und Ruhe einkehrt… uns gefällt es wenn Leben existiert ☺️ Die Lage ist absolut top mitten im Herz von Grado .. wir wären gerne länger geblieben..

Kein WLAN, nur 1 topf und der herd braucht ewig zum aufheizen. Knarzende böden und abends laut wegen der bar unterhalb des schlafraumes.
