Perfect

The apartment is located right in the middle of the pedestran aria. There are 3 rooms perfect for families as well as for 3 cupples. We found everything in the kitchen we needed. The problem with the electricity was expaind to us and was okay for us. It is a general problem in Grado not from the apartment. The host was very kind and explained us where to park the car, helped us with the luggage and so on. We can highly recommend this place. There was just one thing we missed: a view from the bacony.

Pleasant

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, it has 4 AC’s, an elevator, big terrace.

The electricity is VERY bad, you can’t have more than 2 AC’s on at the same time, or 1 AC and the dishwasher. The owner’s were very friendly at the beginning, but when we pointed out the problems, they made us feel like fools and literally made fun on us. In the advertisement they also stated “breakfast is included in the final price” which for every normal person means BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED! For them that means you have sugar, chocolate, tea and coffee in the kitchen and all the kitchenware where you can prepare breakfast!!!! Very disappointing! Also a big minus is no parking space. We took the whole day to find a parking space for 2 cars.

Tágas, tökéletesen felszerelt, kutyabarát szállás Grado központjában.

Mindennel felszerelt szállás: mintha a saját lakásomban lettem volna, a konyhában, a fürdőszobában minden felszerelés, tisztítószer, piperecikk, törölközők, ágyneműk … Központi helyen található: a sétálóutcán, a tenger 2 percre, éttermek, fagyizók, Spar áruház pár lépésre a lakástól. Nagyon rendezett, liftes társasház 3. emeletén van a lakás. Légkondicionáló minden helyiségben. Nagy terasz, kényelmes, tágas terek. Mosogatógép, mosógép, 2 fürdőszoba, tökéletes tisztaság. Kutyábarát szálláshely. A kulcsátadás zökkenőmentesen történt,; kedves, barátságos a tulajdonos.

Haben uns wohlgefühlt

Die Gastgeber waren absolut freundlich und auch entgegenkommend bzgl der Ankunftszeit, außerdem gut für uns telefonisch erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Platz (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund), alles war sauber und die Betten sind gemütlich. Die Lage ist top, Nähe zum Meer & Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Spielplätze. Wir waren im Winter dort, da sind Hausschuhe im Gepäck auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, die Böden sind total kalt (großteils Fliesen), es war aber vorgeheizt für uns anhand der Klimaanlage und wir hatten es warm. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, hatte sehr viel geschlossen. Die in Italien üblichen Schließzeiten am Nachmittag sind zusätzlich zu beachten. Wir haben über die freundlichen Einwohner den Tipp bekommen, dass das Restaurant "il Panino" in der Nähe geöffnet hat, leckere Pizzen.

Kalte Böden im Winter (siehe oben, Patschen einpacken). Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, hat aber auch genügt.
