Sehr gute Lage
Tolle Lage, in ca. 20 min. zu Fuß ist man in der Stadt. Sehr wertvoll - die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock; es sind einige Treppen zu steigen. In der Wohnung selbst befindet sich ebenfalls eine Treppe zu den Schlafräumen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem schmalen Einzelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Hochbett. Das Einzelbett und das Hochbett sind eher für Kinder als für Erwachsene geeignet. Im Badezimmer oben gibt es eine Badewanne, keinen Duschvorhang. Im Badezimmer unten gibt es eine Dusche, die sehr klein ist. Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Vermieter, die immer erreichbar waren und so schnell es ging unterstützt haben (an einem Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser, was im Laufe des Vormittages behoben wurde). Es gab keinen Wasserkocher, deshalb haben wir Wasser für den Frühstückskaffee in einem großen Topf auf dem Gasherd gekocht. Klimaanlagen in beiden Stockwerken vorhanden; die Klimaanlage oben erreicht die Schlafzimmer nur bedingt. Sehr, sehr schön ist der geräumige Balkon der Wohnung, der auf die Lagune zeigt.
