It was really nice.

It was comfortable and near to the beach.

Our neighbors above were very noisy especially during the night and early in the morning, it was a bit difficult to rest at night.

We would love to return in April again.

We loved this place! The rental agency was attentive to every question and need. We lost hot water a couple of times and the technicians were on site quickly and were extremely friendly, helpful and patient with us as non Italian speakers. We wanted to extend our stay for a couple of days and the agency was very accommodating.

We could have used little end tables by the sofa in order to set drinks and softer pillows for the bed.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Közel a strand, 10 perc séta a városközpont. Lift és parkoló van. Kis ráfordítással szuper kislakás lehet..

A bútorok régiek dohosak voltak a hálóban, a konektorok nem szabványosak, legalábbis nálunk. Sok szúnyog volt, és sehol egy szúnyogháló😒. A zuhanykabin nagyon pici. Ennél a szállásadónál több ingatlan van a kínálatban, de csak az érkezéskor derült ki hogy melyik szállást kapjuk. Mindentől eltekintve jól éreztük magunkat Gradoban.

Grado zeigte sich von seiner sonnigen und herzlichen Seite. Die Unterkunft war sauber, etwas lieblos

Das Appartement war komplett auf Selbstversorgung ausgerichtet - Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Die Lage des Apartements war sehr ansprechend im Katalog, nur durch das Strandbad vom offenen Meer getrennt , ab dem 2. Stock hätte man über das Meer gesehen. Das Appartement lag jedoch im ersten Stock und so behinderten der Zaun, die Bäume und die Kureinrichtungen die Sicht. Dieses Detail wurde im Katalog nicht erwähnt. Das Haus war 4 oder 5 Stöckig.

Als wir ankamen waren alle Heizkörper voll aufgedreht, ein dumpiger feucht-modriger Geruch lag in der Luft, der sich bei Öffnen der Fenster zum Glück rasch verflüchtigte. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer konnte man aus der eingetellten Maximalposition nicht zurückdrehen und so war Schlafen nur bei geöffneten Fenstern möglich, das hätte die Klimaanlage nicht ausgleichen können - dies bedeutete jedoch, dass die zeitig in der Früh fahrenden Müll und Reinigungsdienste mit Ihren unnötigem lauten Piepsgeräusch die sonst so erholsame Morgenruhe zerrissen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war überaus dürftig trotz Überangebot an Pfannen und Töpfen. Vorhandene Ersatzteile waren in klemmenden Laden versperrt. Die Appartmenttür ließ sich nur mühsam öffnen, anfangs dachten wir, man hätte die Schlüssel verwechselt.
