Tolle Ausstattung des Hausbootes und ideale Lage zum Zentrum. Traumhafter Ausblick von beiden Terrassen.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Schön wäre ein kleiner Fernseher für Nachrichten gewesen.

Wunderschöne Lage, Blick aufs Meer, alles da was man braucht, Parkplatz direkt vor dem " Haus". Klima, ganz bezaubernd . Wie Urlaub auf dem Boot nur ohne Boot. Immer viele Fische zu sehen.

Toller Kurzurlaub!
Die direkte Nähe zum Wasser hat uns extrem gefallen. Auch das überaus nette Personal an der Rezeption hat uns beeindruckt. Wir durften am Abreisetag das Auto bis zum Abend kostenlos im Resort parken und ein Fahrrad leihen, da eines unserer eigenen Räder eine Panne hatte. Dieses Entgegenkommen ließ unseren Urlaub perfekt ausklingen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
Wir mussten die Couch ausziehen, da die beiden Einzelbetten sehr klein und schmal sind. Aber die Couch war sehr gemütlich. Da das Wetter nicht ganz mispielte, war es nachts eher kühl. Ein paar Decken wären noch gut gewesen, da die Sommerbetttücher sehr dünn waren. Eine Überdachung der Terrasse wäre toll, dann könnte man die herrliche Lage auch bei Regen genießen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Floating House mit herrlichem Ausblick.
Der Blick von der Terrasse war außergewöhnlich. Klasse war die Möglichkeit, kostenlos Fahrräder für den Weg in die Altstadt oder zum Strand zu nutzen.
Die Nähe zur Straße, die Grado mit dem Festland verbindet, ist etwas störend.

Das Hausboot liegt traumhaft inmitten der Boote in der Marina, mit Blick auf einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestatt; alles sehr sauber, sehr nette Begrüßung und Unterstützung bei Fragen

очаровательный плавучий домик: обратите внимание на тот факт, что домиков два, нам достался лучший по расположению, так как он находится ближе к зданию администрации и там тихо - дороги не слышно, второй домик расположен слишком близко к дороге, там может быть очень шумно; территория закрытая, охраняемая, терраса с прекрасным видом на море, очень чисто в домике - качество уборки высокое, в домике было все необходимое, начиная от шампуней, заканчивая средствами для уборки и мытья посуды, даже средства от Комаров. спальни отдельные, матрасы удобные, на каждом непромокаемый защитный слой. предоставляются велосипеды, это очень важно, поскольку зона в некотором ударении от центра. небольшое покачивание на волнах есть - это совсем не мешает, даже приятно. вокруг много рыбы - для любителей рыбалки можно ее ловить, не взводя из дома. можно привести свою небольшую лодку, в этом случае вообще здорово, так как рядом небольшая пристань для яхт и лодок.
не понравилось то, что купаться прямо из домика или рядом нельзя, пляжи все далеко и минус не только в том, что они платные, но на них не предоставляются ячейки для личных средств и документов, поэтому купаться на пляже можно только с риском ограбления, причем море очень далеко совсем неглубокое и вещи приходится оставлять вне зоны видимости. на велосипеде нельзя ехать по дорожке вдоль пляжей - нас оштрафовали, только по специальной выделенной дорожке, которой нет на всем пути от домики до пляжа. в целом домик расположен не очень далеко от центра и пляжей, но это не велосипедная зона, поэтому дорожек нет, часть дороги нужно ехать по проезжей части; рядом в непосредственной близости нет ни магазинчика, ни ресторанов; администрация домика очень суровая - заезд строго в обозначенные часы с 15 до 18, выезд до 10:00- мы немного не уложились минут на 15 при выезде - никто не помогал в погрузке, получили массу негативных эмоций; несмотря на то, что стоимость аренды включает финальную уборку, домик требуется оставлять чистым, кухню убранной, посуду помытой, мусор выброшенным за 70 евро, при площади домика не более 20 кв метров. в домике все очень маленькое, но технически есть две спальни, гостиная и две террасы. при аренде лодок пришли к выводу, что лодку не подгонят к вашему причалу - нужно получать и сдавать лодку только в других портиках - это не круто и большая потеря времени, было бы полезнее, если бы лодку можно было арендовать прямо на месте на весь срок пребывания, в том числе чтобы купаться. в самом домике, пожалуй, большой минус в отсутствии кондиционеров в спальнях, а также посудомоечной машины - никто не знает, как предыдущий клиент помыл посуду до вас и это неприятно, к тому же на отдыхе совсем не хочется заниматься мойкой посуды, возможно, следует предлагать одноразовые тарелки и приборы как вариант.

Perfekt!
Wundeschönes Hausboot mit Sicht auf Grado und Lagune, max.10 Gehminuten zum Busbahnhof und Stadthafen. Trotz der Straßennähe sehr ruhig. Leihräder gratis. Sehr sauber. Alles ganz unkompliziert, nettes Personal. Sogar der Automatenkaffee - für die, die sich keinen selbst kochen wollen - war gut.

Das Hausboot war sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super man kann zu Fuß nach Grado gehen oder man braucht nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto nach Aquileia.

Tolles, modernes Hausboot, Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser; 500 m zur Stadt, aber eben abseits der z. T. nicht mehr schönen Touristen-Appartments in der Innenstadt.
