Actually, it's perfect. Just perfect
The property is exceptional indeed. The most central location in the city, there are simply no more properties like this. View to the central square, the property itself is newly renovated, the beach, dining area and supermarket are in the closest proximity, with a lot of souvenir, clothes, footwear and other shops open till 23.00. The host is accessible easily, reacting promptly to all requests, very welcoming and polite. Everything we were missing initially and we asked for, was gladly provided by the host. (including the new pots) Very much appreciated.
As I like to cook, cooking facilities are scarce, I was missing a microwave or an oven to cook some fish, which is sold raw at good prices around. Coffee machine would be nice, but there is a lot of places to drink coffee around, so, we managed. Cooker hood is not yet finished, the furniture will be outdated very soon if not rectified promptly. And I think, a robot-vacuum cleaner would be really fitting well here, it would help keep the property clean during long stays.

A legjobb választásunk volt eddig Gradoban.
Elképesztően jó helyen található a szállás. A legszebb sétáló utca mellett lévő kis téren, ahol egy gyönyörű templom áll (jó hangosan harangoznak :)). Igazi béke szigete és mesésen fotogén! A szállás rendkívül tiszta, szépen berendezett, kiváló a felszereltsége, nekünk nem hiányzott semmi. A légkondira szükségünk volt, de alapvetően hűvös a lakás. A part 1 perces sétára található, a strand 5 perc kényelmes gyaloglás. Parkolást a 7-8 percre található fizetős parkolóban oldottuk meg, napi 7 euró, 8:00-22:00 között (Grado Parkplatz a Riva Z. Gregori út mellett). Egy napot tudsz csak kifizetni. Mi reggelenként elsétáltunk, megvettük a jegyet, majd bementünk a Spar üzletbe és friss péksütivel tértünk vissza. Minden karnyújtásnyira, éttermek, bevásárlás... Isteni pizzát ettünk itt: Trattoria L'Osteria Grado, és mennyei tésztákat, halas ételeket itt: La taverna del pesce - spaghetti house. Harmadjára voltunk Gradoban, de ez lett a kedvenc szálláshelyünk!
Ha még terasz is lett volna, soha nem megyünk haza :)

Belvárosi nyaralás
Nagyon jó az apartman elhelyezkedése, közvetlenül a bazilika mellett, az óvárosban. A legközelebbi strand pár perc sétára van. Egyszerű a lakás elfoglalása, a tulajdonos jól érthető útmutatót küldött az utcaképről, bejutásról, parkolási lehetőségekről. A lakás nagyon bájos, teljesen felújított ház első emeletén található, kb 50 m². Szuper, hogy van mosógép, minden nap ki tudtuk mosni a strandcuccokat. Jó volt a tároló helyiség is, volt hova tenni a bőröndöket, cipőket, stb.
Az lakás feletti apartmanból minden lehallatszik, a WiFi többnyire nem működik. Egy kicsit nagyobb ruhaszárító, pár konyhai felszerelés (éles kés, kávés pohár, boros pohár), illetve megfelelő mennyiségű nagyobb törölköző és ágyneműhuzat hasznos lett volna. Ettől függetlenül nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, ajánlom a szállást.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Grado mit Blick auf die Basilika Sant‘ Eufemia. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Schlüssel bekamen wir per Code. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt …
Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, waren 2 Weingläser 😉

Все было супер. Удобная локация, рядом море , из окна вид на старый город. Мы были в восторге . Вся мебель новая и сантехника. Все есть . Было много бонусов , на первое время от хозяев ( кофе , сладости , и другое)
