Die schlimmste Unterkunft in ganz Grado - und der schlechteste Kundendienst dazu
Das einzig gute war die Lage
Wir fahren seit Jahren mehrmals jährlich nach Grado.. Sowas noch nie gesehen. Es war extrem dreckig, auf den Handtüchern im Bad war Blut, es war Blut und Saucen in den Ecken am Boden, die Dusche hat geschimmelt und es waren Seifenreste, Haare, etc. noch in der Dusche. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, wir mussten das ganze Wochenende, trotz keiner Hochwassergefahr mehr, über einen Kniehohen Holzbalken im Türrahmen drüber klettern. Eine von uns stolperte sogar drüber und verletzte sich. Im Bett konnte man nicht schlafen da der Lattenrost so wackelig und kaputt ist dass das ganze Teil wackelt. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme hieß es von der zuständigen nur sie sei nicht in Grado. Fertig. Habe mail nach mail geschrieben, mir wurde unterstellt ich hätte wegen der Größe des Hundes gelogen, nachdem wir allerdings beweisen konnten dass dies nicht so war wurde mir eine Erstattung von 40 euro zugesichert. obwohl wir 10 mal soviel bezahlt haben. Das war am 12.12.2023, Stand heute, 10.01.2024 - immer noch kein Geld zurück. Wenn ihr nicht die ekelhafteste und unkomfortabelste Unterkunft wollt bucht hier nicht.
