Accoglienza pessima. Il numero di telefono indicato era errato. Mi è stato inviato un link per l'esecuzione del check-in nonostante lo stesso Booking sconsiglia altamente di utilizzare link. Mi hanno fatto firmare un ulteriore contratto di locazione breve dopo che avevo già concluso il contratto e pagato con Booking. La responsabile dell'agenzia di intermediazione è stata molto maleducata e ha dato spiegazioni assolutamente insufficienti.

A szállás tiszta, tágas, csodás kilátással, mindennel felszerelve ami kellhet egy nyáras során (max még egy mosógép lehetne). Minden közel, strand, játszótér, sétáló utca, nagyobb bolt is van (Spar) 10 percre gyalog.
A szállással kapcsolatban egy negatívumot tudnék felsorolni, voltak hangyák, így minden ennivalót a hűtőben kell tartani. Aki Grando-ba látogat, készüljön fel, hogy parkolóhelyet nem egyszerű találni.

La vista straordinaria sulla laguna di Grado, l'arredamento in stile, la cucina con tutto ciò che serve, l'ambiente ben riscaldato e confortevole. Molto accogliente.

Tolles Appartement mit unadequaten Mängeln
Lage nahe der Innenstadt und wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Lagune und die Berge am Horizont. Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Heizung wurde erst auf Nachfrage auf gemütliche 22°C gestellt. €75.- Reinigungsgebühr ist völlig überzogen, insbesondere wenn dann Gläser nochmals zu reinigen sind und deutliche Flecken am Esstisch vorhanden sind. Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche der Store beim Fenster war defekt. Für diese hohe Reinigungsgebühr erwarte ich mir mir wirklich mehr - und auch eine finanzielle Entschädigung..
