Convenient and comfy for 1 couple not 2

Great view from balcony and close to all the key areas plus bus and ferry. Hot rooms solved by fans.

No overhead light in dining / living room. 2nd bedroom had 2 soft cots not beds so be aware not great for 2 couples. Bike storage was very crowded requiring us to haul bikes up 2 floors.

A clean and well-equipped apartment with slightly older furnishings, perfect for a short stay.

Overall, we had a very good stay. Although it was just a short stopover, everything met our expectations. The apartment's furnishings are a bit dated, but everything functions well, is clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Since we primarily rented the apartment for an overnight stay, it served its purpose perfectly. The owner was exceptionally friendly, with excellent communication and clear, detailed information provided in advance.

The only minor drawback was the shower's water temperature regulation, but this was a small issue.

Fantastic flat in central harbour of Grado (RIVA DANDOLO). Huge balcony and panoramic view terrace available. 5 minutes from the beaches. Very clean, super-comfortable, fully equipped. Wi-Fi super! Very friendly staff. I will come back soon.... again and again! I am a repeated guest of Appartamento Perco. Fantastic fish restaurants close by. Truly and sincerely recommended 😁 See you in spring ... and summer!

Wir kommen mit unseren Hunden (2 große Jagdhunde) sicher wieder, weil wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Lage war perfekt, in gehweite sofort in der Altstadt (Zentrum), sehr schöne, ruhige Lage an der Hafenausfahrt und auch für Hundebesitzer perfekt, da in unmittelbarer Nähe Grünflächen vorhanden sind. Die Stadt ist unheimlich sauber und die Gradeser waren unheimlich freundlich. - Wir kommen mit unseren Hunden (2 große Jagdhunde) sicher wieder, weil wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben - Reisezeit: Anfang Dezember

Extremer Gestank, Appartment ansonsten ok

Wohnung sauber, Betten bequem, super ausgestattet, super Lage

Im ganzen Appartment ist extrem schrecklicher Kanalgeruch, sodass man auch bei geöffnetem Fenster Übelkeit und Kopfschmerzen bekommt.

Nel complesso un ottima formula, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Posizione eccellente, con vista sul canale, l'alloggio è ben tenuto e molto pulito, ampio e se pur datato molto grazioso; camera matrimoniale grande, materasso molto comodo. Completo di ogni dotazione, è presente tutto quanto può servire all'arrivo compreso un buon caffè. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cortese, chiarissimo nell'offrire ogni occorrente delucidazione. Parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze.

Migliorerei i materassi della camera più piccola. Il bagno è carino, risulta solo minuto, non molto agevole a causa delle dimensioni dei sanitari rispetto all'ampiezza del locale.

Einfach toll

Alles war top. Mitten im Zentrum. Balkon mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und wir konnten sogar schon am Vormittag einchecken, obwohl der Check in erst um 16.00 gewesen wäre.

Es hat uns einfach alles gefallen.
