Great apartment, amazing view, superb location

This is a great, super-spacious, very nicely designed two-storey apartment in a big condo right by the marina. It has a massive terrace that offers a beautiful view over the whole center of Grado, the lagoon and even the peaks of the Alps in the background. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and well-maintained. The location is ideal, just a few blocks to the beach (~5 minutes on foot) and the centro storico (~10-15 minutes). Free parking is available in the underground garage.

No problems, really. Just make sure you call and meet the owner upon arrival, you can't find the garage and parking place without him.

I loved the location, with views of the lagoon and sailboats and only 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the historic center.

Feeling like home in one of the best holiday appartments we have experienced so far!

This was the first time that the actual appartment was even better than the -- already good -- pictures! The location of the appartment is next to perfect (in a quiet area directly at the marina with a direct view on the sea and the sailing boats on one side, and a direct view over the roofs of Grado on the other side of the appartment). The terrace is incredible - almost as large as the large living room! The kitchen and the living room are very well-equipped, and there are two bathrooms with a shower in each. There is even a washing maschine available. The two TV sets have both Italian cable TV as well as Astra satellite reception (meaning you can get all German-language channels, too). The owner is a very forthcoming and warm man, who is quite uncomplicated to deal with.

The only thing I feel sad about is that the appartement is such a great experience that it is constantly booked out. We'd like to come there more often.

Splendida mini vacanza a Grado e dintorni

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello! Ha un soggiorno con una vetrata molto grande che permette di vedere il mare e questo è un plus fondamentale! Ha un bellissimo terrazzo che in primavera/estate/autunno può essere usato per pranzi/cene o momenti di relax guardando lo splendido panorama. La cucina ha tutto (lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchinetta per il caffè, pentole etc). Le camere sono un pò piccoline ma molto coccole. Due bagni con tutto a disposizione. Anche un bel garage nel quale ci sta comodamente una macchina anche molto grande. L'appartamento si trova proprio sul porto e a 2 minuti a piedi dall'inizio della passeggiata che costeggia il mare e porta al centro in poco più di 5 minuti. Ottima anche la disponibilità del signor Attilio che ringraziamo per la precisione, puntualità e consigli per il soggiorno. Super consigliato!

Apartment mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und es wurde uns, alles bezogen auf die Wohnung, genau erklärt. Der Garagenplatz ist top, da man so keinen Parkplatz suchen und bezahlen muss. Die Aussicht auf den alten Hafen ist ein Traum und wenn es die Temperaturen zulassen, lädt der Balkon zum Verweilen ein. Es war alles Vorhanden, was wir für einen Aufenthalt in einem Apartment brauchten. Genügend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Der Spaziergang in die Altstadt dauerte ca. 10-15 gemütliche Minuten. Für ein typische italienisches Frühstück oder einen Aperitivo gibt es gleich im Nebengebäude eine sehr schöne Bar mit freundlichem Personal.

Schönste Ferienwohnung! Optimale Ausstattung, wunderschön gelegen, einmaliger Blick, perfekt ausgestattet! 2 Schlafräume, 2 Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Veranda; sehr sauber; sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter! Sehr nettes Café zum Frühstücken oder Snacken gleich neben Wohnhaus.
