A tenger közelsége, egy tágas, emeletes apartman, kényelmes ágyakkal. Kilátás a tengerre. Volt egy kis zárt garázs parkoló is. Minden nagyszerű volt.

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, dużo przestrzeni, 2 poziomy, klimatyzacja, taras, cena za wynajem także bardzo konkurencyjna. Bliskość darmowej plaży - nie warto płacić za leżaki jeśli można korzystać z naturalnego cienia pod drzewami. Właściciel pomocny, bez problemu udało się załatwić wszystkie sprawy.
Nieco niewykorzystana szansa na jedną z najlepszych opcji w tej części Grado, niedoróbki w kwestii wysprzątania przy przyjeździe, brak zmywarki, mało akcesoriów kuchennych.

Ampio appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore, ben distribuito tra zona notte al piano superiore (tre camere, con 4 letti singoli e un matrimoniale in totale) e zona giorno, con ampio terrazzo attrezzato, al piano inferiore, unità da comoda scala interna. Un bagno per piano, con doccia e vasca, finestrati. Zona residenziale tranquilla, preziosissimo box. Cucina abitabile dotata di tutto. Di fronte alla Spiaggia di sabbia, tra il Lido di Fido e lo stabilimento termale, all'altezza dell'area parco giochi bambini. Ideale anche per lunghi soggiorni. A/C presente, anche se non necessaria per il mio periodo di soggiorno. Wi-fi.
