Perfect for family with small children

The apartment is close to the sea and there is a big free parking lot next to it. I've found everything I needed during our stay - tableware, coffee maker, etc. Shop is 5 minute walk and there is a good restaurant just next to it.

It's not something I have faced, but at the summer weekends there would be hard to find free parking slot. (We left on Saturday.) The old town is farther - ~1.5 km, still within walking distance, not a big issue.

I wish we had a vacation home like this!

The apartment was very convenient for 2 adults and our 2 kids, and even for our dog. The balcony is super nice for having breakfast and dinner there. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days’ stay and there is a big screen tv should you wish to watch a movie together.

Good position, well equipped kitchen, but uncomfortable beds

The kitchen was well equipped, the supermarket was very close to the accommodation. The beach with entrance fee was also very close to the flat, the city center is 15-minute walk distance.

The sofa bed was damaged which could not be opened to sleep on it. It was known by the owner, unfortunately one of us could not sleep well, because it was very uncomfortable to sleep on it without opening. The other beds were also uncomfortable, the pillows were too hard to sleep on them. The towers were very oldish and over used/washed ones. The bathroom needs a little renovation also.

decent apartment equipped with anything you need

everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, except for an oven. close to a supermarket, beach nearby, free parking in front of the house, friendly landlord

there must be a pipe from the bathroom/toilet going through the room with the two separate beds. after closing the window began to stink and the smell was quite bad. so this was not very pleasant. also it is a little far from the city center with small children (20-25 min walk).

Two balconies where we could have our meals, the roof terrace with an excellent view. It was also good that the public and free parking was just in front of the flat and we could see our car. We also liked the view from the balcony on the eastside of the flat to the lagoon and the alps.

The apartment was spacious, two balconies. Equipment sufficient, we would just appreciate a dishwasher. Host very friendly, information perfect. An ideal place to stay for families with children, near beach and supermarket.

Superb flat, 3 minutes from the beach, aqua park and the green "gardens city" (Città Giardino). Two balconies connected to the bedrooms and the lounge, with view over the lagoon and the Alpes. A panoramic, huge terrace available with a 360 degree view. Fully equipped flat and chicken, with free of charge Wi-Fi to all the rooms and balconies. Mega TV. Rent a bike shop under the corner; supermarket close by. Huge parking area in front of the building. Very quiet and calm accommodation. Family Perco is truly expert in welcoming guests, as they manage three flats in Grado; they are very friendly and nice. Excellent for families!
