nice, chic apartment, well equipped, bakery next door, restaurants and free-entrance-beach under trees within walking distance, host very supportive - we did enjoy our holiday in Grado! Thank you!

Host Marco is a very kind and supportive. The apartment offers exactly the atmosphere and comfort described in the presentation inkl. super air condition. Beach at app. 400 meters, coffe and breakfast bars 75 to 100 meters, baker just 25 meters, supermarket and restaurants at 250 to 300 meters. Nice place to be.

We have enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Grado near the sandy beach. Marco guided us perfectly for check-in.

We stayed for one week with our two kids and all was fine. Surprisingly quiet (high season), close to the beach, excellent bakery store around the Corner. Bus stop just across the street. Perfect communication with property owner, apartment was clean, air condition is an absolute asset.

We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. There is a local supermarket and a lovely bakers to hand. The flat is light and modern with two good balcony areas. It was also very quiet, however we were not there when Grado is busy. Marco explained all the workings of the lights/air conditioning etc. Make sure you pay attention. One thing we didn't know was that we were expected to bring our own sheets and towels. If you are driving that is not a problem but if flying then it can be difficult. We would certainly recommend renting the apartment both from a point of view of the flat itself and it's location.
