Absolute Wohlfühlwohnung in der schönsten Lage von Grado
Da war alles perfekt. Sicherer Parkplatz im Innenhof, die Wohnung blitzsauber, perfekt ausgestattet und alles funktioniert bestens.

Ruhige Lage am Fischerhafen, Parkplatz im Innenhof, Geräumigkeit der Wohnung, Fußläufigkeit zur Altstadt und zum Strand.
Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe über Tresor war kompliziert. Für 8 Tage Aufenthalt gab es nur ein Set Handtücher pro Person. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr sparsam, u.a. kein Wasserkocher. Es hab keine Gästeinformation z.B. zur Müllentsorgung und keine Mittel um die Wohnung selber mal zu reinigen. Gästekarten wurden nicht ausgehändigt, obwohl lokale Steuern erhoben wurden. An einem kalten Tag, kam auf Nachfrage an den Vermieter, wie die Heizung zu bedienen sei, per WhatsApp erst nach 7 Stunden eine nicht eindeutig nachvollziehbare Antwort.
