Excellent location, easy to walk around the old town, host has great knowledge of places
The owner met us on a corner to the pedestrian street to take you to the apartment while driver took car to the park about 5-minute walk away. Car park was big and easy to access. Apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 people, lovely view from balcony on top floor (had elevator). Minimart next door to stock up.
We could not find the washing machine, but we really didn't need it for our 2 days stay.

perfect place in the old city centre of Grado !
Paolo is a very nice host and explained all perfectly to us. The appartment is big enough for 4-6 people, there is even an elevator in the building. The place is situated in the old city centre of Grado, very nice and also close enough to the beach. We recommend !

Super sauberes App., toll ausgestattet, praktische Lage! mMn. passend für Urlauber ohne Kinder.
Die Unterkunft war super sauber und mit absolut allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wirklich optimal! Die Kontaktperson war super nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage des App. während des Aufenthaltes ist auch super.
Leider für Familien mit Kinder sehr sehr mühsam -> der Lift fährt nur bis in den 3. Stock, das App. befindet sich jedoch im 4. Stock. Das Ausladen der Koffer etc. ist äußerst umständlich da sich das App. in der Fußgängerzone befindet, und parken im Umkreis der Wohnung nicht erlaubt ist. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Netter Familienurlaub mit Türschloss - Problem
Super - Lage , großer Wohnraum , alles vorhanden ( inkl. Nespresso - Maschine) , nettes Personal !
Ein bisserl kompliziert ist die Sache mit dem Parken - auch zur Wohnung kann man natürlich nicht direkt zufahren ( Fußgängerzone - herrlich ruhig in der Nacht) , ist mit Kleinkind ein bisschen schwierig . Ein zweites Problem war das kaputte Türschloss - für uns Frauen war es nicht möglich, die Tür auf zu bekommen - ich hoffe, das ist inzwischen gerichtet - das war echt ein Problem !!!
