Short an sweet.

Terrace was enormous. The apartment was great. We had all that we needed. Best pizza at the front gate.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable.

I can only say good things about the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. The facilities, the cleanliness, the welcome. The location is very good. Sandy beach in both directions 10 min walk. The narrow pedestrian streets and restaurants are 5 minutes away. We were with two children. Separate children's rooms with cheerful paint jobs, separate bathrooms. Really everything was perfect.

There is no such thing. Unfortunately, there is construction going on next door, but fortunately it was not particularly disturbing.

We couldn’t recommend this place more highly

Absolute clean and generous place with personal touches everywhere. There is literally everything you can think of available in this apartment. Perfect location in the middle of the city centre. We loved staying at this place. We are really picky, but this place is an absolute gem. Keys were handed over by Annalisa, who is a lovely and nice person and really easy to communicate with. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

There is an extra charge of €15 per day for the car park

A legjobban felszerelt apartman volt, amivel valaha találkoztam utazásaim során. Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt a számunkra, mindenhez (strand, üzletek, éttermek) nagyon közel, mégis csendes, nyugodt környezetben.

Az építkezés a szálláshely közvetlen szomszédságában okozott pici kellemetlenséget, de ez persze átmeneti helyzet, kérdés, hogy meddig áll fenn…

Az apartman nagyon modern és stílusos. A szállásadó nagyon kedves. A megbeszélt időpontban jött és adta át a kulcsot. A konyha mindennel felszerelt minden eszköz jó minőségű, kávé gép, mosogatógép is van. A fürdőszobák ellátva törölközővel és tusfürdővel. Van mosógép. A terasz nagyon tágas és egy gázos rostlap is van, napágy, étkező asztal, kinti zuhany, bicikli. Jobb lokáció elképzelhetetlen Gradoban. A központban van ahol minden egy helyen megtalálható éttermek, butikok. A part 2 percre van.

Kurzurlaub in Grado

Wir wurden von Annalisa herzlich empfangen und sehr gut betreut! Danke dafür! Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Tipp: Den Parkplatz gleich dazu buchen. Der Vermieter muss eine Sondergenehmigung einholen (dann kann man eine kurze Strecke durch die Fußgängerzone fahren). Hat aber gut geklappt! Nachtrag: Auch unserer kleinen Hündin hat's sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Baustelle nebenan, aber das kann der Vermieter ja nicht beeinflussen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone in Grado

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung auch in der Küche. Die große Terrasse bietet auch immer Schatten. Prima Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
