Excellent location, well-equipped apartment

Location is perfect, kitchen is equipped, living room is spacious, terrace is really nice, two bathrooms are comfortable

One of the bedrooms is only separated from the common area with a roller blind which was surprising at arrival. A vacuum cleaner or a mop with bucket would make it easier to keep the apartment clean.

-Didnt get the entry right -Had to carry all the luggage for wife, baby, grandfather to the upper floor -Heating downstairs was not working -Sand was in the bed (but i think this was because they was working on the beach with equipment)

Very pleasant stay, very nice flat with amazing sea view.

Amazing location, great apartment. Accomodated easily 4 adults and two kids, had a wonderful time. Fully equipped, great terrace with sea view, the big bedroom very nice and cozy. Also a lot of storage space and terraces to put things to dry. Supermarket just at the corner, after that you are in the city center where there are all the restaurants and shops. In front of the building is the sea. So you cannot get a better location that this.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bathroom in one of the bedrooms. So if somebody needs to go to the bathroom, needs to pass throught the other bedroom or go downstairs. Also it is the only bathroom with a bathtub, the bathroom downstairs has a small shower cabin. But it is totally manageable and wouldn’t put it as a minus, place is very charming. Only problem is with parking, you can just park on blue or white spaces, with fees according to which zone you are in, green, red, and it is almost impossible to find a parking spot close to the building. Either you find a parking somewhere outside and leave the car there or you drive around every day and hope you get lucky.

Außergewöhnlich großes & schönes Apartment direkt am Strand in Grado.Super für Familien und Pärchen.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, auch weil dieses Apartment sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sogar renoviert war. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Regendusche und eine Badewanne und ist sehr groß. Auf der großen Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick konnten wir sehr angenehm frühstücken und am Abend mit einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Meine Kinder fühlten sich im frisch renovierten Schlafzimmer sehr wohl und es war schön eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Ich habe selten so gut geschlafen, das neue Boxspringbett mit Topper war außergewöhnlich bequem. Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Strand, so konnten wir mit unseren Kindern sehr schnell ins kühle Meer springen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, keine Lärmbelästigung. Ein großer Dank gilt dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Vielen, vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und empfehlen dieses Apartment zu 100%!

ausgezeichnetes Urlaubsfeeling im schönen, renovierten, großen Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Meerblick

Die Lage direkt am Meer mit großer Terrasse ist atemberaubend.!! Ebenso überblickt man direkt von der Terrasse aus, die Promenade und den Strand mit Sonnenliegen, Beach Club und Kinderspielplatz. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter und Oma in dem sehr komfortablen großen Apartment, daß frisch renoviert war, und konnten den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein auf der tollen Terrasse genießen. Der vom netten Vermieter bereitgestellte PROSSECO und der NESPRESSO Kaffee haben unseren Urlaub noch mehr versüßt. Unsere Tochter hat sich im dritten kleinen Schlafzimmer super wohl gefühlt und hatte ihre eigene Chill- Out Area und genoß ihre Privatsphäre während wir Eltern die Zweisamkeit im Masterbedroom mit neuem, großen BOXSPRINGBETT genossen haben. Unsere Oma hat es sich im zweiten neu renovierten Schlafzimmer gemütlich gemacht. Alle klimatisierten Schlafzimmer konnten mit Verdunkellungsrollos bestens abgedunkelt werden. Hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und Größe des Apartments, die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Nespressomaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Weingläser, Geschirrtuch, Wettex, Geschirrspülmittel, Müllsäcke und vieles mehr. Die Betten verfügen über sehr komfortable Matratzen, teilweise sogar mit Topper, sodaß wir vollständig erholt in den nächsten Tag starten konnten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, sogar eigens vorbereitete Babybettwäsche und Babybett steht bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Eine neue Samsung Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion ist auch vorhanden. Das Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (Dusche & Badewanne) bietet ausreichend Platz für Großfamilien, Freunde und Pärchen. Unsere Tochter freute sich über das super schnelle gratis Welan Internet und Netflix. ;-) Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hatten das Gefühl, das sich der Vermieter viel Mühe und großen Wert gibt, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu bereiten!!!

Schönes Apartment in bester ruhiger Lage

Supertolle Lage. Sehr schön renoviertes Apartment direkt an der Altstadt gelegen mit einem tollen Balkon mit Blick auf die Mole und altem Strand. Die Küche sehr schön und ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee Nesoressomaschine steht bereit. Von der Küche aus kann man auch auf einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Sehr ruhige aber doch sehr zentrale Lage. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort und vermittelt einem den Eindruck selbst ein Bewohner Grados in dieser Zeit zu sein.

Gute Lage. Falls zwei Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer den Wünschen entsprechen, gute Wohnung.

Wohnung hat nur zwei Schlafzimmer. Schuhe und Rasierklinge vom Vorgänger noch da. Die Aussage 3 Schlafzimmer ist irreführend. Versprochene Wein und Prosecco nicht da. Kinderschlafzimmer schwierig zum abdunkeln.

Die Lage, Meerblick, Terrasse, Ausstattung von Küche und Wohnzimmer

Drei Schlafzimmer fanden wir NICHT. Die Betten waren nicht fertig bezogen, Bettzeug fand sich nirgends, trotz Bookingcom-Angabe (Kasten oben) Alle Kasten waren versperrt, Kleidung musste auf dem Boden gelagert werden. Unteres Bad war mit winziger Duschkabine ausgestattet, Benützer mussten durch das Schlafzimmer der anderen. Angegebener Telefonkontakt wurde nie abgehoben.

Tolle Lage - Ausstattung nicht entsprechend

Die Lage mit der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich

Backrohrblech war nicht sauber, es gab KEINE Weingläser und nur zwei kleine Teelöffel, außerdem nur ein Geschirrtuch, kein Wettex, sowie jeweils nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch pro Gast. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Zudem fanden sich Staub und Lurch unter der Treppe. Im unteren Badezimmer fehlt bei der Tür innen bei der Abdeckung die untere Schraube- alles in allem von luxuriösem Design und Ausstattung keine Spur
