The holiday home, renovated in 2022, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. This holiday property is a historical and romantic accommodation.

Marano Lagunare, 1 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. La casa si affaccia alla grande piazza sotto la torre millenaria (pedestrian area). The house is located on the large square 100 meters from the thousand-year-old tower; in a pedestrian zone. Access is via a side street. Parking on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the town (distance 100 m).

1st floor: Living room (25 sqm) with seating area, TV, radio, CD player, dining area (9 seats) and access to the terrace (4 sqm). All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens. Kitchen in the living kitchen (6 sqm) with gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (230 l, freezer compartment), microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens.
2nd floor: Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds and (suitable for under 2 years). All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens. Bathroom (4 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
3rd floor: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 3 single beds. All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens.
