The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach. Also, I read some comments on that the apartment was not clean, which was, in our case, not true. The problem was something different:

1) you really have only 3 hours for get your keys (from 4 to 7 PM) and then they dont care. They did not answer my phone at 7:15; I wanted to use the parking place but it was impossible (see next point) 2) parking is REAL nightmare, they left 2 meters for each car but there are some places that simply cannot be reached without calling the drivers of other cars, a real nightmare. I used several parking places and finally I almost decided to use the public parking places for a lot of money because I did not want to crush my car. I wrote to the agency on the first day but nothing happened. 3) They wanted my to pay 70 Euros over the price of the apartment and the deposit (150 euros). I paid everything with bank transfer and I get them the 150 Euros in cash and the receptionist wanted me to pay another 70 Euros in cash (220 in total). I did not understand and I asked severeal times, but she just told me that I have to pay for the city. What? And then I received the bill that did NOT contained the 70 Euros, just the 150 EU cash (deposit) and the money I transferred via my bank. So I never get an answer on why I had to pay 70 Euros for nothing 4) I have been travelling for a long time but it never ever happened to me that there were not beddings and sheets, nor towels or any other stuff in the apartment. It was literally empty, and they told that we have to pay for the bedding and towels etc. Okay, but it is super weird, in the past 10 years I have never met something like that, not even in super cheap apartments.... 5) wifi: consider it non-existing. A nightmare, with specific codes for each devices (!!!) that you have to put over and over again. For my 5-persons family, that would be 5 codes for each half an hour, and it was also unstable and slow like puta hell. I used my hotspot, a lot of money again. 6) checkin is 7PM checkout is 7-10AM, come on. The lady even wanted us to check out 9AM bí the latest and allowed 10Pm only when we showed her their own rules.

Only the location is worth mentioning. Close to the beach. The apartment is ok if you spend your day on the beach and you come to sleep only.

The apartment is pretty small, the balcony is tiny alike. Although the apartment was clean upon our arrival, it had a bad smell that stayed throughout our stay. The beds are not comfortable at all. Overall, not a good value for the price.

Perfect location. 3min to the beach, 3min to the main boulevard, 3min to the grocery and also 3min to our favourite restaurant Amore. Accommodation was big enough for 4member family (kids 5 and 7)

When we arrived, other car parked across two park places. It was neighbour from the next apartment. I was not able to reach the agency via phone (I understand, they were busy on Saturday) so I came personally to inform them about my issue. They seemed clueless how to solve the problem (their idea was to block the car so he needs to call to agency with his problem). Luckily, I met the neighbour soon and he parked his car better with no trouble. Also light in our bedroom didnt work, it was need to replace the bulb. Agency promised to replace it asap, but it didnt happen till end of our stay. Bedroom was very bad situated - it was unable to get the air to the room. Also matrace was very soft for us. I decided to sleep rather on Sofa. But it were all minor issues, at the end, we enjoyed our stay

No microwave oven and the light bulbs are not giving enough light

The standard is incredibly low, very low value for money, poor AC, wifi is not working, in general extremly poor facilities. Very strange travel agency as well. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Bibione is realy beautiful city. Beach is 200 metar from home,and beach is very nice.

The bed was disappointing,very uncomfortable. See was full of jellyfish and we didn't have place to swim.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Rezeption von Sirio und deren Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit, kompetent und immer sehr freundlich! Sowohl der Check in als auch der Check out waren problemlos und zügig!Gerne wieder.

Das Internet sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein. Das Zimmer im 3.Stock war ohne Aufzug und daher mehr als sportlich! Bitte nächstes Mal im Erdgeschoss :-) Der Balkon war sehr klein. Trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Die Lage war gut

Kühlschrank geht nicht richtig zu, Mikrowelle innen drin mit rost, Waschmaschine kaputt. Wohnung sehr unpraktisch, 35 m groß, für 5 Personen nicht geeignet.
