Almost perfect.

Location was perfect, next to main street and park. Beach is short walk from apartment. Beach is something out of ordinary... sandy and beatiful. A lot of space on beach and in water even if it's packed.

Bed is little lower quality, but overall still able to sleep.

Location is not everything..

Great location - close to the beach and shops. Discounted parking. The owners were nice.

There was a strange smell in the apartment throughout the entire stay and it couldn't be aired out. Probably the pipes. The air conditioning smelled bad. Cleaning was not enough. The dishes were not washed properly. Quite noisy - you could hear noise from street and also from the neighbouring apartments.

Nice apartment with good location

Location on pedestrian zone full of shops and restaurants, though not noisy in the apartment. You park near by on the street or on a gas station close (cheaper). Beach very close as well. Overall satisfied with the choice + bonus: owners let us stay the last day longer which enabled us to go to the beach and also take a shower before leaving home, big thanks for that!

Exceptional

So lovely owners. Our second time and we will come back with our two big dogs. We had a perfect stay in a very nice apartment close to the beach. Everything you need is there.

Good

Located very close to everything (restaurants, bars, shopping) and not far from the beach. Staff was really nice and despite our delayed arrival and check-in everything went smooty.

Dogs cost 25€ per stay. So for short stays that's quite expensive. The noise from the bar in front of our room was quite loud till late in the night. Although we didn't mind, this might be a problem for some.

The owners were really nice and caring. Even though the location was in the centre, it still was very quiet. The whole apartment was newly renovated and modern.

Comfortable, nice apartment!

Perfect place! In the middle of the Lignano Sabbiadoro, steps from the beach and all attractions. Apartment is calm and very comfortable. It was very warm and cozy during my stay in January. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend!

Perfekte Lage für einen Urlaub mit Hunden in der Vorsaison

Unterkunft direkt in der Fußgängerzone gegenüber von der Bar Kristal. Unser Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock ging zwar auf diese Seite, in der Vorsaison hat uns der Lärm nicht gestört. Außenjalousien bei allen Fenstern. Sehr hundefreundlich. Besonders wichtig war für uns, dass die Unterkunft eine funktionierende Heizung hatte, da es im April bei Regen sehr kalt sein kann. Da hatten wir in anderen Unterkünften schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Badezimmer und Dusche großzügig, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Für uns in Ordnung, dennoch: die Kästen im Schlafzimmer sind wirklich alt ;-)

Schönes Appartment in toller Lage!

Dieses Appartment befindet sich mitten in der Einkaufsstraße & der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ein Parkplatz für 6€/Tag stand uns bei der nahegelegenen Tankstelle zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerrichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Auch das Badezimmer übertraf unsere Erwartungen (große Dusche mit verschließbarer Tür). Obwohl das Appartment mitten in der Einkaufsstraße war, wurden wir von dem Lärm nicht gestört.

Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem und wackelte bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Auch die Check-In-Zeit (ab 16 Uhr) war sehr spät. Dies ist aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Es gibt Waschmaschinen, einen Getränke Schrank, Fahrräder, man ist mitten in der Stadt, es ist nicht

Ein kurzer Anruf, der Vermieter kommt, Schlüssel ist da, sonst gibt es eine Schlüssel Box, man gibt den Code ein, der übermittelt wird und der Schlüssel fällt aus der Box.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, mitten im Ort. Die Grösse der Wohnung war ausreichend, die Einrichtung gut. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

Die Betten sind unbequem, aber das ist unser Problem, da wir andere Matratzen gewohnt sind.
