Bright, cheerful, and perfectly located for a seaside getaway.

Great location — just a short walk to the main pedestrian street and the sea. The apartment has a colorful, holiday-inspired interior that creates a cheerful atmosphere. The courtyard is especially charming, full of greenery and beautiful plants. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay!

Very decent and cozy place to stay

very nice location, close to any beaches and to central walking street. Plenty restaurants around and very good and big Supermarket Eurospar. Really big with great selection of everything you might want and need. Very specious rooms and great shower. Good kitchen with a microwave. Very pretty garden at the entrance. Parking place available. Table outside at each room.

I would change pillows, they are too hard and not natural. Ants in the kitchen. Well, not a big deal, but you have to hide food in the fridge to keep it out of the clouds of running ants. To have a sort of small shampoo in the shower would be a plus.

High quality, very clean, fully equipped, huge apartment. Close to beach, located in the center of the city. Gating parking place, controlled access to residence in night.

There was no washing machine in room, but it was insignificant compared to the numerous adventages

The location was perfect - close to the beach and the shopping/restaurant area, too, but at the same time a calm place.

We´ve got only two rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 10 days, we do not think that it is a sign of hospitality to expect the guests will buy the toilet paper. The apartment was not cleaned the whole stay, and the bedclothes were not changed - it was ten days in warm summer. If you expect the guests will separate waste (it is perfectly OK) - provide the bags. Again - we needed to go to the shop and buy it. The owner could consider that providing just essential items with low investment could support returning guests.

Fabulous stay at a fancy location

Everything was fine overall but what I liked the most was the flexibility of the host as the standard check-in slot was after 2:00 PM and regardless of the fact that we arrived during forenoon we could still occupy our apartment with just a 10-15 minute wait.

There were just 2 minor things. The apartment was very well equipped, still I missed at least one tea towel in the kitchen and some extra trash bags. (there was one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom, but we could have used more since there was the 4 of us)

A great time in a good place.

Comfortable modern furnished apartment with everything you need: a comfortable bed, air conditioning living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with setting area, privacy, parking. The accommodation is located near the Eurospar shopping center, city center, fish shop Friulpesca and fish restaurant.

Very nice apartment with lovely terrace! The stuff was very friendly and the location is convenient. The price-performance ratio is great!!

The only thing that could be better is the check-out time: 9:00 is too early, especially in an apartment and in holidays. Otherwise- great stay!!

Accommodation fine, but go shopping before you arrive

Apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the outside terrace. Location was convenient for the beach and town. Car parking on site was very useful. Good WiFi.

Unfortunately there are a few negative points which need mentioning: The apartment lacked many of the very basic things that are usually found in a self-catering vacation apartment. There was no supply of tea bags, coffee, cooking oil, salt or pepper. In addition, no coffee maker or electric kettle meaning we needed to either boil water in a sauce pan or in the microwave. Only 1 toilet roll for 2 people for 4 nights. No hair dryer provided. Only Italian or German language TV channels- none in English. The sofa in living room gave no back support resulting in backache after about 10 minutes. Due to the absence of the basic supplies, upon our arrival instead of relaxing with a coffee following a 7 hour drive, we had to immediately walk for about 10 minutes to a supermarket to buy these basic necessities. Over the many years that we have stayed in vacation apartments, many of them at a much lower cost, we have never stayed at any where these basic supplies are missing and in many cases, much more is provided. It's certainly not normal to expect guests to buy their own toilet paper. Perhaps the apartment owner should realise that to provide these necessary and basic items would, for the very low 'investment', result in higher guest satisfaction, more recommendations and returning guests instead giving an immediate negative impression upon arrival. Although we intend to return to Lignano in the near future, we will certainly seek alternative accommodation due to the above-mentioned issues.

Exceptional

The residence is beautiful, much nicer then on pictures, with lots of palms in front and separate private entrance in the appartment. Appartment was big, very clean, very wormed up (last weeknd in October was cold) with everything we needed for cooking and pleasent stay. It is in the city center but in a quiet street, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The host was great, waiting for us due to late check-in. He gave us bigger appartment then the one we booked, provided us with towels, even though not included in the price, because we were not coming from home and didn't have them with us. We love it and would deffinitely come back.

The only thing we didnt like was bad mattres on the bed in the living room/kitchen. In the spleaping room the mattress was great.

Decent stay.

Location- close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Although mentioned that we needed to take own bath towels, they were unexpectedly available at the property.

No kitchen towels, no matches, not enough toilet paper - had to buy all these.

Haus (scheinbar) öfter erweitert. Übergang schwierig. Apartment hat Dusche, wo eine schmale Tür in einen Gang mündet. Tür nicht verschließbar. Duscheinstieg sehr schmal. Betten scheinen auch schon etwas überaltert. Wasserkocher habe ich nicht gesehen.

Der Empfang vom Vermieter war unfreundlich. Vor allem verlangte er für die zwei Hunde extra, er meinte er wusste nichts. Obwohl ich das in der Nachricht an die Unterkunft mitteilte. Ich bezahlte über booking.com und wählte das Appartement für 3 . Ich dachte ich zahle das Appartement und nicht pro Person. Da wir zu dritt anreisten, verlangte der Vermieter 144€ zusätzlich. Sehr viele Moskitos im Appartement, trotz blauem Licht. Nur dünne Decken, für Ende September etwas zu kühl. Kein Geschirrspülmittel. Nur 1 Geschirrtuch. Es kommt keine Reinigungsdame.

Gut mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man ist schnell am Supermarkt, in der Fußgängerzone und am Strand. Das Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls toll, auch wenn die Parkplätze etwas eng bemessen sind

Wir hatten das Apartment Nr. 4. Wir hatten leider ein Problem mit dem Strom, da das Stromnetz der Unterkunft überlastet ist und der Strom beim Haare föhnen oder Wasser kochen gerne mal ausfällt. Man kann die Sicherung auch nicht selbst wieder rein tun, sondern muss dem Vermieter bescheid geben, das ist sehr unangenehm. Auch die Apartments im EG sind nicht ebenerdig, sondern man muss 2 Stufen hoch, das sollte man mit Kinderwagen beachten. Außerdem sind sehr sehr viele Mücken unterwegs, wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann, aber Mückennetze wären hilfreich im Bad und Schlafzimmer.

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten unseren großen Hund dabei. Es war kein Problem. Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist super, auch die Anlage ist schön, aber die Wohnung sehr schlecht. In der Küche war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, vl von der Kanalisation, und es ist keine Rede von Reinigung bzw Desibfekzion. Der Tisch vor der Wohnung war riesig, so dass man ihn als Terrasse nicht nutzen konnte. Das einzige Positive war das Badezimmer, das war relativ neu. Ich würde dort wieder wohnen wollen, aber nicht im Parterre.

Die Matratzen könnten zeitnah erneuert werden,besonders bei den Schlafsofas. In unserem Appartement wäre ein zweiter Kochtopf noch wünschenswert gewesen.

Unser Kurzurlaub war sehr angenehm, wir (Vater, Mutter, Kind und zwei Hunde) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank der Klima

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und geräumig. Die Dachterrasse war spitze! Inklusive großem Waschbecken und Outdoor Dusche! Und wir hatten einen schattigen Parkplatz.

Es war nur ein Geschirrtuch da und zumindest Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche wären super gewesen. So mussten wir eine ganze Packung kaufen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Ubytování prostorné a čisté. Komunikace s majitelem, check-in i check-out naprsoto bez problému. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Nebojte se recenzí kde dávají 1 hvězdu - nejspíše šlo opravdu o alkoholiky a tak chápu, že to majiteli vadilo...

Postele byly o něco starší, nic strašného. Co byl ale problém zhruba od 5. noci a ovlivnilo to hodně naši dovolenou byl hodně nepříjemný hluk od racků na střeše / okolí. Pravidelně nás budili od 3:00 a začali jsem být dosti nevyspalí. Jsou opravdu hodně hlasití, řvou jak paviáni a POKUD je možné s tím něco udělat, tak velice velice silně doporučuji majiteli s tím něco dělat (jestli třeba existuje nějaká rušička). A to jsme měli přízemní PATIO, nedokážu si představit třeba spát v podkroví, to bychom asi opustili apartmán předčasně. Jinak si nemůžeme na nic stěžovat.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés. Szépen kialakított oázis kert. Zárt, biztonságos.

A parkolás nagyon szűkös. Gyakorlatilag az autóból úgy tudtunk csak kimászni ( s ahogy néztük mások is )Profin kell tudni parkolni max közepes méretű személyautóval, hogy beférjen egyáltalán.
