Zwischen dem Meer und Udina gibt es einen tollen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen nach den lauten Küstenorten. Wenn Sie mit mehreren Familien reisen, ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Tischtennis, falls noch Energie übrig ist. Grüner Rasen und Gartenschaukel... Nette Besitzer erzählen und zeigen Ihnen alles.

La struttura era bella e confortevole Ben attrezzata. Posto tranquillo. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile.

L'unica pecca è stato il tempo, freddo e piovoso, per niente primaverile. Non abbiamo potuto godere a pieno del giardino e del ping-pong 😅

Iznad naših očekivanja! Vila je predivna, prostrana, topla, udobna, tu je bilo apsolutno sve sto je potrebno. Predivan, prekrasno održavan vrt, velika terasa. Vila pogodna za višečlane porodice ili grupu prijatelja. Na odličnoj mirnoj lokaciji za uzivanje u divnom krajoliku ili odlazak i obilazak lokacija na moru i gradova u okolini.

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft

Sehr saubere , gemütliche Unterkunft, die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit den Stockbetten war für uns ( 7 Personen, davon 2 Kinder) perfekt! In der Küche war alles vorhanden, genug Teller und Gläser. Es war auch genügend warm in der Unterkunft. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, das ist mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es weiterempfehlen!

Ein Geschirrspüler wäre bei der größeren Anzahl der Personal perfekt, es geht aber auch so.

Großes Haus mit schönem Garten

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Besuche von Cormons, San Daniele, Cividale, Duino, Triest und Lignano. Es gibt einen großen Garten, der eingezäunt ist, ideal für unseren Hund. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich durch den Vermieter. Das war sehr praktisch. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine wo man sich frisch gemahlenen Kaffee runter drücken kann. Die Betten sind bequem und das Bad schön ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp lief stets zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und immer sehr rasch. Wir bekamen tolle Ausflugtipps auf einer Liste von WhatsApp von unserem Vermieter. So lernten wir wieder einige neue Orte kennen. Das Auto parkt direkt vor dem Haus im eingezäunten Garten. Die Außenanlage ist Videoüberwacht und die Lichter gehen mit Bewegungsmelder an. Das ist sehr praktisch und gibt Sicherheit. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich ein Despar wo man einkaufen kann, auch einige Restaurants gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Wie z.B. Collavini, ein tolles Weingut. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Danke für die freundliche Betreuung und weiterhin alles Gute.

Wir waren geschäftlich unterwegs. Die Räume ist großzügig und sauber. Die Gastgeber sehr nett. Leider hat das Haus kein Wlan. Das wäre noch klasse! Wir würden wieder dieses Haus buchen.
