Nice comfortable apt.

Centrally located, comfortable.

The picture above was not our apt! The lighting in the living room and bedroom was very poor. The kitchen and bath were fine. The tv/ stereo did not work. We couldn’t figure out the dishwasher, so hand washed our dishes. Perhaps attaching instructions to all the appliances would help…

Perfect location, great host, comfortable apartment!

The location was excellent. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. It was difficult to see from the photos what the apartment was like, but this became clear once we arrived. The apartment shares an entry hall with the "loft" part - which is a separate place (or you can connect the 2 by each leaving the doors open to the arrival hall). Our apartment had a large kitchen with balcony, living room, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. It was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and very nice. The windows allowed us to see the paragliding launch which was really helpful for us!

There were a few items that are in need of attention, but overall, they did not impact our stay. The shower drain was clogged, and when they could not find someone, I merely fixed it myself with tools I found in the hallway dresser - it was easy. The lamp near my bed had a short in the cord, so I switched it out with the hallway lamp. The DVD player was not hooked up, which was a bummer on a rainy day, and we were unable to fix it ourselves due to language issues, but it was fine because we just decided on a walk in the rain anyway! These are all minor issues that happen over time with a rental, and the host was very responsive and kind.

Truly a loft, a converted attic that my family did fine with but worry about older travelers.

Good location. Self check in, if that is something you prefer.

Looks much better in photos than it really is. Also there is a shared entry way. People below us had dinner party and kept trying to enter bedroom where we were sleeping.

No air conditioning - but it was a heatwave when we stayed, so this wouldn't usually be a problem I'm sure. A powerful fan was provided with thanks

This is an amazing property located in the heart of the town. It’s very cozy, clean and aesthetically appealing.

Fine place. Bedrooms(2) are fine and great kitchen for cooking, eating and spend the evening drinking, talking or playing a game. Nice balcony. No problems what so ever. Owner kind and helpful.

Nothing really. Kobarid more central for activities but we were here on motorcycle so we liked the trip down the road.

Warning - do not stay here!

The apartment from a first impression seemed cozy and charming. It is situated in the heart of Tolmin and right next to the tourist info.

The description as a loft is a bit of a stretch as it is basically an attic with no doors except the bathroom - to be clear: there are two beds and a mattress with cloth hung from rafters for privacy. Ceilings are very low and among the three of us we bumped our heads tat leas ten times through our one-night stay. Furthermore there was no hot water available. The owner did not bother to stop by and assist in person. Throughout the course of the night we tried to fix the heating-device following directions via WhatsApp from the owner. Despite our efforts the hot water never came on and as consolation we were offered an uncleaned shower in a neighbouring apartment for the next morning. Late at night we discovered that we were sharing the attic with at least one mouse. We spotted the mouse running from one bed to the mattress on the floor. In an effort to preserve our food and clothing we packed up all our belongings before going to sleep. We continued hearing the mouse throughout the night. We approached amicably the owner for an appropriate refund but this was but were rebuffed, with the owner suggesting that we could not be serious and implying that these circumstances were the norm for such rentals We would warn others not to stay here!

Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtetes Apartment, tolle Ausstattung!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr gute und neue Ausstattung.

Der Eingangsbereich wird leider mit dem Loft Apartment geteilt. Da man nur einen Schlüssel hat, kommt es leider oft vor das man, wenn man im Apartment alleine ist, von den Gästen des Loft Apartments eingeschlossen wird.
