About this apartment rental
Newly modernized apartment in a former convent surrounded by the Julian Alps in the beautiful Soca river, sleeps 4.
Plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants. Lots to do and see: the area is well known for its natural beauty, fly fishing, paragliding & river rafting. Luxury open plan loft accommodation with modern amenities and lots of style with comfort.
Guests are expected to be self sufficient. Next door is the friendly local tourist information office to help with any questions.

Free public parking spaces are less than 200m away. The Loft has its entrance door in shared hallway with the Tolmin townhouse at the yard next to the Local Tourist Office. The day before arrival guests will automatically receive an email with detailed arrival information. The key code from the key box will also be provided. There is self check-in.
The Loft measures approximately 70 m2 but only 40 m2 has enough hide to stand. The launch room is (extra) approx. 15 m2. Up under the roof there is a bedroom, bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and an open kitchen and living room. There is a sofa couch in the living room from 140 cm wide and an extra bed ( 2 x 80 cm wide) in the launch room downstairs at the entrance from the Loft.
Ronchi de Legionari in Italy (Trieste to Ryanair) is 70km away.
Nearest train station is 10 kms away in Most na Soci
Downstairs is our other rental apartment called the Tolmin Townhouse. It sleeps up to 6 and is listed separately.

Very unique property in central Tolmin. Great location to stay for many days of vacation in the Soca valley. Within walking distance to visit the Tolmin gorge an easy drive to Bovec, Kobarid or Most na Soca. We even did a day trip to Lake Bohinj and took the lift at the Vogel ski resort. Kitchen and bath were as described, cooked in more than once, worked well. One thing is if you are over 1.8 meters (6 feet) tall you may want to reconsider as I did hit my head several times in the bathroom. Also the stairs are fairly steep to the attic space you will be going up and down a lot so consider this.
