Beautiful apartments, great location & very friendly host.

Owner was very friendly and responsive.

Slanted ceilings in upper apartment could be a problem for tall people. Hot tub is kept at 37°C which is apparently normal in Slovenia, would like a couple degrees warmer.

Very clean, well equipped and lovely place to stay.

Lovely and clean, great size with everything you need for a relaxing stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent shower and spotless bathroom. Nice location close to beautiful walks along the soca gorge with easy and free parking by accommodation.

Road side noise started pretty early which is a shame as it’s such a quiet little location.

Very welcoming host and a perfect location

The host made us feel very welcome. Our studio was perfect for a two night stay - had everything we needed. The shower pressure was great! After two wks of travelling, probably the best we’ve had so far! Although facing and situated on the main road, with the windows closed, we could barely notice the traffic. Loved the parking and the easy walk into town. Also appreciated the space to put suitcases and clothes : )

Spacious, comfortable and clean property in Kobarid

Great place to stay, spacious & nice and clean. Friendly host provided tips on the area. Washing machine was nice to use half way through our trip.

Signage inside unit is unclear about drying clothes. Assumed from all the warnings that you weren’t able to use the dryer of the washer/dryer combo but learned later it’s ok to use - just not allowed to air dry clothes in the unit.

Really lovely accommodation with a friendly, helpful host.

Cute little ‘pod’ in beautiful surroundings

Our space was quite small - so better suited to a short stay like ours. But was immaculate and we had a fantastic little deck and outside space with sun loungers so no need to spend much time inside.

We stayed in an “apartment” that was completely separate from the main building with its own private courtyard. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped (although a microwave would be nice). Very friendly staff. Well located near town and two supermarkets and a good bakery (Soncek).

The property was very well maintained and great to spend a couple of days at. We stayed in the two bedroom unit, which was perfect for my parents and I.

Everthing perfect in very friendly atmosphere

The appartement is located close to the village center. One can walk in a few minutes to some nice and good restaurants in the middle of Kobarid. Very friendly and helpful manager on the site who is frequently available Everything is available in and around the appartement from grill-station to ... you name it By the way, as THE highlight of Kobarid has to be mentioned "Hisa Franko" ...

Exceptional stay in Kobarid

Exceptional comfort and design, both inside the apartment and on the whole property. The location was so convenient for arrival and for walking into town. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. His restaurant recommendation for dinner was perfect. We had a great time chatting with him. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a long day of driving and hiking. I would never stay anywhere else in the area.

Stellar stay in Kobarid!

Loved our short stay in Kobarid at Apartments Pri nas. The property is very well maintained and the host was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and had the necessary amenities. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spotless. Would've loved to spend some time in the hot tub, but we were short on time and couldn't do it. Overall a great experience and I would love to return someday!

The host was super and was flexible to allow us to check in a bit early. The apartments have a pleasant and well-kept common area/patio. The apartment was spacious and was so much more inviting than a hotel room. It was a great value.

Fabulous apartment with lovely host

A lovely cosy apartment, well-equipped with everything including a washer/dryer. We didn’t cook because we ate out, but the kitchen had everything you would need for a great night in. It also had a dishwasher, coffee machine etc. it was very quiet and dark at night with a comfy bed for a great night’s sleep. Matia was really lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the great town of Kobarid.

Excellent apartment with every tiny detail thought of. Even flowers and flower pots. And very pleasant room aroma. Very comfy bed for good night’s sleep, with window blinds that further reduce street noise. Great shower. Full kitchen with coffee machine (coffee capsules and milk provided), microwave, sandwich toaster, cooking oil, salt, sugar and various spices. Washing machine (power switch in the switch panel), Persil and drying rack. Lots of space for storage. Balcony with chairs. Lounging area outside the building. Spacious parking. Restaurants close and food store even closer. Sorry we stayed only 3 days.

Cozy studio, highly recommended

Modern, very clean, fully equiped studio room with large bathroom and a gardrobe. Perfect for longer stay even if we stayed for one night only, we will defenitely come back! Big enough parking area for SUV.

nice appartement quiet and well located in Kobarid

Well decorated, confortable, everything inside. well located in Kobarid. good welcome and availability of hé owner.

all equipment were not working so well ( freezer door, power connection removing from the wall,…); also we used the washing machine but it was really dirty inside ( I cleaned it myself before using it). the other things were good.

Stay here

I enjoyed everything about this apartment. The location is great because it is 5 minutes walk to the center and also a 5 minutes walk to a big market. Near the market is the cheese museum. Matia was great and always available.

The extra bed (sofa) could be more comfortable. Maybe an extra mattress could help. But I would say there again
