The room in the attic is not separated with door from lower floor living room/kitchen area. My friend was complaining that dishwasher was waking him up :-D

We´ll be back!
Wonderful first floor living room / kitchen area with lots of space and view at beautiful surroundings. Big bedroom upstairs also really nice. Short distance to baker and shops. Not too loud although close to "main road" and lots of people/cars passing by at peak of season. Incredible choice of great hiking tours to choose from - and river activities (we did rafting and canyoning). Interesting First World War history (museum in Kobarid).

We made our own breakfast and other food, kitchen is full equipped. This area is beautifull, we came back here after a few years.

Great place to stay if you want to do many things. Wide selection of attractions in the area. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Great agreement with the stuff. Friendly people who are willing to help in any way!
Table football is in the basement, where you have to go outside. So its not the best in winter. Top floor is a room without doors.
