Best accommodation in Bovec

House was modern with new and state of the art fittings. Everything worked as it should. Stocked with kitchen facilities and cooking necessities (oil, salt) so we could cook (oven, sandwich maker, induction hob). Views of mountains were an added bonus. Walking distance to the town centre w food and drink options. Our host was also kind enough to help confirm accessibility options as certain roads were closed. All round best home of my Slovenia trip and I wish my home looked more like this!

A wonderful stay in a peaceful, clean, and beautiful apartment with excellent hosts.

Everything! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in a quiet area close to nature. The balcony view was stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. Matej was incredibly kind and helpful — he even arranged an early check-in for me, which I truly appreciated.

Lovely brand new apartment in the outdoor adventuretown of Bovec

Beautiful new apartments in a central Bovec location. A short walk to town centre and supermarkets. The apartment is well designed and fully equipped. We would happily stay here again.

Advertised as having a washing machine, although one is on site, you must request to use it, which is not the same as being able to do the washing when it suits you (after a full days hike, or first thing in the morning).

Perfect base for our trip to Bovec

House Elipsa was perfect for our three-day trip to Bovec. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean, and the kitchen well-equipped. We loved the balcony with great views of the mountains.

Peaceful, clean and precious stay.

It is very clean and spacious. Everything is up to date. The location is very peaceful. Plenty of parking on site . It is within walking distance of the town. Very responsive host.

If there are noisy people upstairs you can hear them. They woke us up at 1 am but the host took care of the issue in a prompt manner.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful clean space very close walking distance to the center of town. Owners were responsive and helpful giving us access to the neighboring property to do a load of laundry during our stay and had a drying rack at the apartment for us to dry our clothes.

Perfect stay in a mountain paradise!

The location was excellent with off street free parking and an easy walk to town. We had the ground floor apartment (1) which had terrace access and big sliding doors. The whole apartment was finished to a very high standard, check in was seamless and Andrej was always on hand on WhatsApp to assist if needed. Although we didn’t use the service, laundry can be arranged (there is no washing machine in the apartment) The absolute bonus was having Lucky Luke’s adventure company on site. The prices is excellent, the experiences unforgettable. Luka not only is incredibly friendly but professional and passionate about his job. If you’re coming to Bovec to go rafting or canyoning you can’t go wrong with pre-booking via the apartment before you go!

Modern, spacious, incredibly comfy bed in peacefully surroundings leading to a great nights sleep.

The property was very modern and well equipped. The view from the stunning balcony was breathtaking- even when it rained it had sufficient shelter to still appreciate the outdoors. The location was fabulous as only a five minute stroll and you were in Bovec town centre.

Nice place!

It is in a good location. The owner was friendly and always available. Luka the canyoning tour guide was fantastic. The view from the terrace was amazing. The house is well equipped, but a hoover and a mop would be useful.

It was really disappointing that the air condition is only in the living room. The bedrooms were very hot, we tried to cool them from the living room but it is not economical at all, because we used the air conditioner all day to reach a bit better temperature.

New, clean and spacious 2 minutes walk to centre of Bovec

The property is only a short 2 minute walk to the centre of Bovec. It’s totally new and very spacious and well appointed kitchen stove, cooktop , dishwasher and fridge facilities. Amazing view from the balcony to sit and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice big shower and bathroom. We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The washing machine was great and handy for anyone like us on a longer holiday.

Definitely coming back

The apartment was so comfortable we got used to it pretty quickly. After every activity we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment because it felt like home. The location was also very nice and the restaurants near offered amazing food.

The driveway was a little hard to get through with lower car, but it is still in the process of being built since everything is new so i am sure it will be repaired soon.

Great apartment, nice hosts

Great apartment, everything was new. The balcony was perfect, the view amazing. Kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable :). Contact with the hosts was easy, they answered quickly and very friendly. 5-10 min to walk to the center of Bovec and the next supermarket. We would stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment with modern decor and facilities

Very lovely, clean and modern apartment, just a short walk from town. Comfortable and very spacious

Quite noisy from apartments above. Also to note our ground floor apartment had a large wall of glass doors all along one side, directly looking out to the smaller out house on the same property several metres away. Louvres could be shut to allow some privacy but was a shame to lose the view.

The perfect place to stay in Bovec.

The location of House Elipsa is perfect, a short walk to the main square. From the street the accommodation is signposted as House Hiperbola, which made it tricky for the driver to find. There's a beautiful view from the front balcony and also from the kitchen window. Having a fridge and a well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. When our taxi was cancelled and we had to wait outside our apartment (we were travelling to Bled), the owner very kindly offered us coffee, chairs to sit in the shade, and even allowed us to wait in our apartment after check out time.

This property lacks nothing from amenities to views to locations. You won’t be sorry you stayed.

The property seemed brand new, was well laid out and had plenty of space in the living and sleeping rooms. The extra half bath was fantastic. The dishwasher was even nicer as we cooked with our family of 7 while we stayed. Everything was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly. The shower was amazingly HOT. Lovely art throughout the unit as well! We hope to be back for sure.

If there were shades or some sort of dimmers over the skylights in the bedroom, that would be nice. Not a huge issue. Also, just be aware for the larger unit we rented it is two flights of stairs to get onto the living space. This was not a problem at all for us.

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und Top-Lage sowie Top-Kommunikation!!!

Die Kommunikation mit Matej war perfekt! Er hat uns schon im Vorfeld alle Informationen zum Check-In mitgegeben und in der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Wir lieben die Liebe zu den Details die in die Wohnungen reingesteckt worden sind. Föhn, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Willkommensgeschenke, Sandwichmaker...etc. mehr muss man dazu auch nicht sagen. Wir hatten selbst Ende Oktober noch sehr schöne Tage dort verbringen können, man hat dort einen kostenfreien Parkplatz und selbst an regnerischen Tagen kann man die Zeit entspannt auf der Couch mit Netflix & Co. durchkriegen. Die Lage ist genauso wie auf den Bildern mit dem Panorama-Blick auf die Berge!!! Und das allerwichtigste ist, dass die Kommunikation wirklich top lief! Es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und auch Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt.

Lediglich der Lüfter von der Toilette roch manchmal komisch, aber das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau.

Modern appartement met alle gemakken

Een heerlijk nieuw appartement, modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken voor een langer verblijf. Goede keukeninventaris om zelf te kokkerellen (dat is niet overal het geval), grote badkamer met veel opbergruimte, heel grote kledingkast. Geen salontafel, maar dat hebben we creatief opgelost met het kastje/tafeltje onder de garderobe. Fijn balkon met prima stoelen. Supermarkt in het dorp op nog geen tien minuten lopen. Grote SPAR ietsje verder de andere kant op. Prima locatie om vanuit daar de omgeving te verkenen.

Het bed is wat hard, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Erfreulich durchdacht & modern

Schön modern und ansprechend durchdacht eingerichtet. Großzügige Raumaufteilung. Großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer inklusive Kleiderstange. Tolle Küche mit Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine. Bodentiefe Dusche. In der Ablage unter dem Waschbecken und im Spiegelschrank viel Platz, die Kulturbeutel und deren Inhalt zu verstauen. Tisch drinnen und draußen. Überzeugende Haustechnik. Garderobe hinter der Eingangstür mit körperhohen Spiegel. Es war erfreulicherweise eigentlich alles da, was man anderswo vielleicht schonmal vermisst hat :) Richtig gut!

Geschirr & Besteck könnte etwas mehr sein, Toaster wäre die Krönung.
