Great, clean, exceptionally quiet family apartment a 5 minute walk to town- with laundry!

Walking distance to the town, we really enjoyed this apartment overall. The kids loved the lofted room (I'm glad I didn't have to stay up there- ladder stairs to reach it). Very quiet- exceptionally quiet- wondered if anyone else was in this complex type of quiet. Would be great for family with 3 kids or less.

The directions to find the actual apartment, door and keys were confusing. The building itself was old and Soviet looking, felt sort of strange. The single bathroom with the laundry inside it was too small for our family to share- that was our mistake. Apartment itself was clean, smelled clean, felt clean. Except the towels all smelled strongly of smoke (I assume laundry company does the towels and delivered them in a smoke filled van?).
